This man is responsible for the "economic terrorism" currently being perpetrated on our monetary markets and has openly admitted this in IRC. Yet, this man demands information of me and accuses me of being incapable of "commanding" this nation.

I will honor his demands for information, not for his sake, but for your sake, my Filipino people. And it's spelled, 'Filipino', deli. Not 'Philippino'.

However, I will not dignify his accusatory remarks with a response as I regard those as cheap political propaganda designed to discredit my administration and advance HIS OWN alien political agenda in our country.

Let us begin...

Please explain to the working public why is it good for them if the value of the money they have been hard working for is decreasing?

Because it encourages exports instead of imports. It allows our local companies to compete more effectively in the world market. Also, because it injects more PHP into the economy, which stimulates it more, ultimately increasing our country's GDP.

And the working public will not have to worry about the increased price of goods because their salaries will naturally increase with them.

If you were, as you say, "an experienced entrepreneur", you wouldn't have to ask this.

Please also explain to the struggling food industry why is the import tax on grain set to 50% while there is NO high grain regions owned by the country.

Simple. Because we haven't lowered them yet. And we will lower them. How do I know that? Because I started the dialogue. In fact right now, we've already lowered iron: http://www.erepublik.com/en/Philippines/law/13462

Why don't YOU know that? Because you are not in the forums! I checked! You have been here for more than a month and you still aren't in the forums.

You call my countrymen your "fellow countrymen" and yet you refuse to commune with them in the ePhilippines National Forums, where Filipinos can also see what their Congress is currently discussing. THIS is what we are discussing.

But these economic quick-fixes are not enough...

Measures like lowering taxes, devaluing the PHP will only assuage the Philippine economy in the short term. Our problem is more systemic. Our problem is population and activity levels.

That's why I created the Department of Pan-Dimensional Affairs: to help us get a baby-boom. This plan is in the works. This plan is in motion. You will see it whether I win the presidency again or not. I will work it.

I will also educate our new players so that they don't leave the game at once. And I have plans to encourage already existing players to come back or move to the Philippines.

How about you, delibab? What's your plan for our population? Get more Hungarians here? (I've got nothing against Hungarians. I know one, and I'm a friend of his.)

Delibab, you're a pretty old citizen, and while I have no doubts about your experience, you clearly have no idea, no inkling (okay, maybe some) of what is happening here in the context of the our situation. You do not understand our government. You do not understand what we are doing. You do not understand us and yet you are quick to execute judgment on us by accusing me and deliberately disrupting our economy.

You only humiliate yourself by talking first before investigating what you were talking about. If only you asked around first, perhaps our conversation would have been more constructive and we could have worked toward bettering this nation in unity.

But you chose the path of strife and opposition and accusation to discredit me and promote your own political design

Delibab. You chose wrong.

Ariel David Buena
