Hi.

I'm a Philippine Congress Member from Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao and I want to move to Palawan because they have a Q5 hospital there.

If I move to Palawan, will I lose my Congress seat?

No.

You only need to resign from Congress if you are moving OUTSIDE the country. Same thing for the Country President.
