Yes, its sudden, yes its unexpected, and yes, I did just make a political party:

The information that follows is the charter (maybe a better word for it?) of the Foreigners Party.
I would love comments and tips, but any comment advising me not to do this will be ignored, any comment telling that this won't work will also be ignored. I am not asking for you to become members, I am asking you to recognize this party as an official party of eSouth Africa.

Article 1 - Foundation of the South African Foreigners Party
Section 1 - General

I) The name of this political party will be "The South African Foreigners Party", for short "SAFP".
II) This political party's focus is mainly the support of foreigners seeking a life in South Africa, but
it also seeks the support of newbies in South Africa and abroad.
III) The SAFP is not a political takeover originization, and will not be bribed by any outside parties
to PTO any other sovereign nation, nor political party.
a) If by some means the SAFP itself is PTOed, the party president will accordingly start a new
South African Foreigners party with the finance of him/herself and Martin Warmonger
iv) The party will be administered by the creator, Martin Warmonger, and the party president of that
time.

Section 2 - What it stands for

I) The South African Foreigners Party is aimed on reclaiming the occupied provinces of South Africa, developing
a strong economy with the help of the foreigners.
II) The SAFP's foundation is the support of the foreigners.
a) Foreigners will accordingly be included into the cabinet (or other high posts) if the country president is part of the SAFP.
b) No native persons will be discriminated against and will have the right to join the SAFP, and if skill is shown
will be included in the cabinet (or other high posts) of the country.

Article 2 - Ideology
Section 1 - General

I) The SAFP is commonly centrist, but has no official ideology.
II) The SAFP is based upon the principals of Democracy, and will promote it in South Africa.

Section 2 - Democracy within the party

I) Any member of the SAFP has the right to run for party president.
a) Martin Warmonger will recommend (RECOMMEND) a party president, if he is not also running.

Article 3 - Council and Forum
Section 1 - Council

I) A general council will be voted in by every month by the members of the SAFP.
II) The council is to oversee all party activities, e.g. The council will know about it if a party PTO is being planned by the members.
a) The council will also see to it that congressmen/women of the SAFP vote on every proposal.

Section 2 - Forum

I) The SAFP forum (under construction: http://southafricanforeignersparty.webs.com) will be administraded by Martin Warmonger and his most loyal advisors.
a) Party presidents will be moderators.
II) Every SAFP member must be moderately active on the SAFP forum.
a) Exceptions can be made by moderators.

Article 4 - Benefits to newbies
General

I) All newly signed-up citizens (South Africa) will be contacted by a SAFP recruitment officer, and be told of benefits, such as Q1 food
and Q1 moving tickets.
a) Recruitment Officers will be announced on the forum.
II) Members (active) shall receive two Q1 food(s) every day until they reach level 8.
a) If needed, a moving ticket shall also be provided to a SAFP member.
