Red Cross is Established in Austria

Day 623, 00:28 Published in Austria Austria by Austrian Armed Forces
Rotes Kreuz - Austrian Red Cross is established to help Austrian citizens:

1) whose wellness is below 40. The goal is to bring citizens to the point that they can fight and maintain their wellness at 90 or higher.
2) to assist citizens of Austria to move to a region with a hospital (Styria) so they can ‘heal’ after the fight.

How to apply:
1) Every citizen in need must post a comment in this newspaper stating his/her need. (e.g. I need gifts. –or- I need a Moving ticket.)

2) For the time being, all employers who have workers with low wellness can nominate these citizens (with a comment in this newspaper).

Donations
Rotes Kreuz is set up by the Government of Austria and receives limited funding.
Any citizen who wishes to donate to this worthy cause is welcome.
Any amount, in any currency is welcome. Also any item donation, such as food, is also most welcome.

New Citizens
New citizens, who are only 2 or 3 days old, should have wellness of about 45.
With that wellness, I can not help as much as some may wish, because I have a lot of cases with critical wellness.
Unfortunately all I can do for these cases is to send Q1 or Q2 food. With the mentioned wellness, your citizen will be able to participate in Training Wars. Fighting even once in a battle will allow you to use a hospital for easy wellness gains!
For these citizens I can also help by donating a Moving Ticket so that you may move to Styria, which is the region with the Q5 hospital.
Fight once and go to the Q5 hospital and your wellness will increase by 50 points!

Activities in Erepublik
A new citizen may spend 5 minutes a day in Erepublik, and that is fine. However there is much more to it than just Erepublik site. All of the best activity takes place behind closed doors, on hundreds of Forums, Chats, Blogs, etc...

I highly recommend to all new citizens to join our national forum which can be found by following this link:
