With the loss of Alberta and now Manitoba, eCanada has lost another estimated 700+ eCitizens.

How many are still in Saskatchewan? Nunavut? Quebec? How about Newfoundland & Labrador?
Nova Scotia?

What is our plan to extract these eCanadians so that they may continue to fight for their country, and not AGAINST it?

You are that plan.

You see, should we have the ability to launch a counter offensive to reclaim Alberta for example, then those Albertan refugees would contribute to the eFrance wall, and not be able to fight for eCanada. It's like a playing a division rival in the NHL - it's a 4 point game.

Especially with the eRepublik Citizenship mod only HOURS AWAY, we will lose these citizens for a long time. Don't forget that once the mod takes effect, Congress will only be able to accept 400 new citizens PER TERM! That is if our Congress is 100% eCanadian - which it is not.

There are well over 1000 eCanadian refugees currently.

With a full docket of applications each term, it would take 3 or 4 full terms to grant eCitizenship to existing eCanadian refugees...maybe more if the Hun Congressmen vote against their applications.

That is not taking into account foreign eCitizens which apply for eCanadian citizenship either.

The blame for this colossal case of tunnel vision cannot be placed squarely on the shoulders of the Jacobi Administration. This goes back much further...

At this time, I would suggest an intense focus on providing Moving Tickets to known eCanadians who are in occupied territory. Remember - they can't read our newspapers. I am placing Ads in Occupied Territories - and they are responding!

Right now you've got cowboys lining up for donuts and coffee - being offered nothing but croissants and lattes.

Disaster.

Given that the governments of present and past both have failed eCanada in this regard, it is likely going to have to be an eCanadian citizen initiative. (The Government has now stepped to the plate)

Time is of the essence.

As Ambassador to eUSA, Tyler will also ask for eMerican assistance in this measure - as the eUSA is just about to find out how important it is to have their citizens within their own borders.

If any counter attack upon California is to be considered - first Californian refugees will have to be brought back to the eUSA. Chris Stanwick of the eUS Administartion has been working as tirelessly as have I, and those around me.

We have a common enemy.
We have a common goal.
We must act together, not only in diplomacy and in government, but on the most basic level - as citizens.

eCanadian Refugees are asked by the eCanadian Government to settle in Ontario.
If you are in eFrench Occupied Territory, you must acquire 2 Moving Tickets, and travel to a nuetral country before moving back to eCanada. The Government suggests eColumbia for this purpose.
If you are in eUK Occupied Territory, you will require only 1 Moving Ticket.

Time is of the essence my countrymen.
