A few hours ago, a guy named Mirzapoor won Congress elections. Immediately after his victory, he made two worthless proposals to issue money and impeach the president. He then resigned from Congress and fled back to Hungary.
DO NOT follow his example.
I move that Mirzapoor be included in our Tentative Personae Non Gratae List, which can be found here: http://ephilippines.forummotion.com/general-discussion-f11/tentative-personae-non-gratae-list-t562.htm
This is a list of people who have harmed our country in the past.
By filing his candidacy here, Mirzapoor has prevented more deserving people from getting into Congress, people who would have treated their Congress seat with more care and value.

If you spam him your account may get banned.
Better to concentrate your efforts in campaigning for legitimate candidates next time around. He only needed to vote for himself and get one other person to vote (a multi?) and he was in.

Does NICA have responsibility for personae non grata list?
It maybe wise to setup procedures regarding the list.
- Setup of inclusion/exclusion procedures.
- The one who is responsible in maintaining the list;
and making sure that whoever approves citizenships checks the list
etc.
