Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen of the Congress of the Philippines,

Good day.

We need a Speaker of the House.

The Speaker will be responsible for setting up procedure on creating proposals, as well as determining whether proposals are 'legit' or just 'lulz', and announcing this to the public.

In the future, the Speaker will also be responsible for setting the agenda of the Congress and other Speaker-like activities. 😃
