OH, BEHAVE!

On behalf of the President, I am proud to announce the formation of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) and its new Director-General, Divinitywolf.

NICA will be the chief intelligence-gathering organization of the Philippines and will ensure the safety of the nation by detecting any threats to national security as they arise. The NICA is directly answerable to the President.

Divinitywolf is one of the most trusted names in Philippine politics and media. During the momentary political takeover of the unholy Secta del Guru Varnish, his counter-intelligence and infiltration skills proved useful in demoralizing and eventually driving away the Secta. I have much confidence that he will perform his duties as Director-General proficiently.
