My fourth "Day" article. Relevant events in the country and around the world. Congratulations to all winners of the presidential elections today, especially President Big Boy Bulley!

STANDARD OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

-Incumbent Philippine President Big Boy Bulley and his running mate, Visayas Congressionator Ariel David Buena, win the presidency by a landslide 69 (85.19😵 out of 81 votes. This will be BBB's third and consecutive term as country president since rising to power in April. Meanwhile, Ariel will serve as the first Vice President of the Philippines. Both candidates hail from the Filipino Progressive Movement, but were also formally endorsed by the Philippines for the Filipinos party. GARUDA PANCASILA: THE COAT OF ARMS OF INDONESIA

-PEACE GC powerhouse Indonesia successfully weathers the Romanian PTO (political takeover) attempt, electing former Indonesian Congress Member Masila as their president. Masila finished the presidential race with 3,135 (60.89😵 out of 5,149 votes. Former Indonesian Congress Member and Romanian PTO ringleader Victor Petruscu trailed behind at 1,612 votes. Masila hails from the the Indonesia Defensive Socialist (IDS) party, and was supported by 13 other parties, including the ruling Partai Republik eIndonesia (PReI). Victor came from the Matzanesian Ruling Elite (MRE) party, and was supported by 5 other parties. Last May 25, Victor and the MRE successfully seized 50% of the Indonesian Congress, although some of their congressmen have been banned since then. -In the Philippine Congress chamber, polls close, 11-3, in favor for A Bill Creating the Congress Committee on Education. Luzon Congress representative Reclusive Monkey is appointed as committee chairman. Status: Ratified.
