HACKED?

MANILA - Luzon Congress representative TruPinoy set the record straight in the ePhilippines forums regarding his foiled 5 PHP minimum wage proposal, today.

"A law proposal for a new [minimum] wage was proposed a couple of days ago. Everybody thinks that I proposed it and here's what really happened," he recounted. "A friend of mine messed with my laptop. He knows about this game. [Every time] I log in to [eRepublik], my log in info [is] already there. He logged in, then messed with my account."

Two days ago, TruPinoy was the first lawmaker to submit an in-game proposal in the newly-elected 4th Philippine Congress.

He proposed raising the minimum wage to 5 PHP from 1 PHP. The bill was rejected by a decisive 33 votes against 6.

Mindanao representative Bestie101 responded, "No harm done".
