THE PHILIPPINES - Former Philippine rouge congressman and ePolish expatriate eHil has returned to the Philippines and is once more running for Congress tomorrow under the Philippine Advancement Party (formerly New Philippines) ticket.

One month ago, eHil maliciously proposed two WORTHLESS bills that sparked unnecessary tension between the two major political parties in the country.

His first proposal called for the impeachment of then-Philippine President. It was summarily rejected by Congress, 2-30. (See: http://www.erepublik.com/en/Philippines/law/4392)

He then proposed a transfer of 2000 PHP from the national treasury to the Bank of Philippines (BOP), an organization which was, at that time, not yet the official national reserve bank. Congress rejected the bill, 3-29. (See: http://www.erepublik.com/en/Philippines/law/4393)

Immediately afterwards, eHil fled the country carrying the 5 GOLD that he received with his Congress Member medal.

"Don't worry," eHil assured the public. "I'll leave from your contry after elections. Your country is easy to get 5 gold and medal for congress."
