[ACP]Fallbackpants - Senate Manifesto

Day 517, 04:30 Published in Australia Australia by Australian Communist Party

Last month I was simply too slack to write a presentation, and then missed out on a seat by a vote. So, as all good politicians should do, I’m learning from my mistakes and writing down what I stand for.

ACP

First and foremost I’m a member of the Australian Communist Party. I believe that the government should be heavily involved in the economy, and that should endeavor to provide for its citizens the necessities of eLife. As such, I’m very pro state run companies, be they providing food, gifts or weapons, these companies are vital to ensuring the weakest and poorest amongst us can continue to live and grow as a successful ecitizen. It is the primary reason for government. To ensure its people are cared for and looked after.

We believe in spreading democracy in eAustralia. We long pushed for the democratic military the Prime Minister patti11 has promised to institute. We believe that all Australians should have a say in the running of all aspects of their life. Not just a bi-monthly vote on Senators and Presidents.

Media

The media in Australia is something that I’m passionate about that needs to be worked on. Too often articles are used as an area for personal attacks and flame wars. These inflammatory articles, gather all the attention while the well written, neutral point of view articles that are around, fail to gather votes or acclaim for the author.

Neutrality is vital. A news article, feature or profile should never include your own personal opinions or political bias. That’s when it becomes and opinion piece, and while there is a place for them they have been far out shadowing other, more legitimate news media in eAustralia of late.
I fully agree with Taytaz’s proposed Australian Newspaper Association. Education and support is vital in creating a flourishing media.

Foreign Affairs

Realistically only one country is relevant to eAustralian foreign policy – eIndonesia. We all want the rest of our Australian territories back. I believe that continued diplomacy is the only way to successfully retake them.

The governments of both states should agree to a timetable for the return of ALL Australian states. This will allow us to know what companies need to be bought out, how much that will cost and budget accordingly.

With our Q5er done we MPPs must be established with other nations. The reasoning behind this is threefold. The first reason is simply economical: we’ve just spent so much cash on this thing that if we don’t use it then it’s a major league waste of money. Secondly, making friends and allies is simply good foreign policy. We should not be isolationist, it’s a policy that leads to obscurity and I believe eAustralia is not a nation that wants to be forgotten about. Finally the military action gained from the combined MPP and Q5 will greatly boost the strength of the ADF. This is vital to the continued safety of eAustralia. We won’t always only share borders with eIndonesia, and really, better safe than sorry.

If I’m elected in the Northern Territory then I want to hear from my constituents. I can’t represent the people if I’m not hearing from them. If something that’s happening is pissing you off send me a message, I’ll be more than happy to hear it.

This election, vote ACP
