The following is a message I sent just NOW to a new player (he just created an eRepublik account a few moments ago) who was asking me for help because he couldn't find any Skill 0 jobs in the market:

"I sent a message to the general manager of Healthy's Choice food company and Pure Gold Grains company to open up a spot for you in one of his companies.

"I also sent a message to the Philippine president (he also runs the central bank which runs several state-run companies [called BOP companies]). I told him the same thing.

"They are both offline at the moment. It may take some time before either of them gets to you. Anyway, I hope this will help.

"Please bear with us. The country is still in the process of rebuilding itself after a bunch of evil persons looted 1000 GOLD and several PHP from our national treasuries less than a month ago.

"Thank you for your patience. Have a nice day.

It's bit odd for the Bank of the Philippines/Department of Home Affairs to offer TWO-star jobs to 0-skill workers at minimum wage. Why not one-star jobs and give them a chance at staying above 40 Wellness?

TrainMe Luzon Inc (a one-star grain company) only hires 0-skill resource workers, and maintains 20 staff positions at all times. We fire anyone who hasn't worked in two days and re-open their positions. We presently have six 0-skill positions open.

The regional productivity gap between Grain and Oil (never mind the tax advantages to oil) make it impossible to compete on a wage basis, so we do not raise wages above the minimum. After three days new citizens have enough skills to move on to the oil industry and above-starvation wages. (Glorious Failure gets credit for this solution.)

We encourage the government to mimic this tactic, if only to reduce the number of new citizens who quit before getting to level 3.

Maybe Cascadia Foundation could open a Q1 Oil company as well if that would be better? I realise people needed food first, but maybe an oil company could at least break even with the high region even highering lots of skill 0 people 🙂 This is indeed what I'll be trying to do on a not for profit basis once I've earned enough money to create the company.

Just work and work man...everyday so you wont find yourself fired after not logging in for a couple of days...and always check on the Human resources market to see if there are beter paying jobs with your new skill. So the tactic is work everyday (to upgrade your skil in a certain industry); watch out for new jobs; then resign (once the company allows you) and move on to another better paying company.

(sigh) Why doesn't the Bangko Sentral convert the PHP=>*BRL=>Gold? We can raise the level from the current total of 10 Gold to 60 Gold that way.

Come on! We need a series of wise investments to help raise the economy from its current economic turmoil.

I would open jobs but currently im at my maz prod 10 eomployees and currently with lack of finances because it takes day for the gold revenue from my oil sales to get bought up dispite being the lowest offer on the market every time

Pwede rin naman kayo mag send ng message sa mga top players to give you food, kahit mga 2 or 3 lang, para at least magka skill 1 na kayo...
