A través de los ojos de un Fénix // Through the eyes of a Phoenix.

Como ya he anunciado en el foro de IDE (http://ide.erepublika.es/foro/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=497), tras este mes en el congreso he decidido, junto con Diarmuid, volver al Proyecto Fénix. Nada del otro mundo, pero quisiera aprovechar mi vuelta a casa para explicar lo que para mí significa el Proyecto Fenix. Está claro que, como todo colectivo, se corresponde a lo que en su conjunto representen sus miembros y en algunos casos la visión de un extremo dista mucho de la del otro. Esta es la mía.

El Proyecto Fénix nació en tiempos de mucha crispación política (hace ya casi un año), donde todos los partidos tenían cogida a España por una punta, como si de un trozo de tela se tratara, y estiraban con todas sus fuerzas obviando que la estaban resquebrajando. Desde sus inicios hasta ahora creo que resulta confuso a aquellos que intentan comprender su cometido y espero que esto lo disipe un poco. El PF no es un partido político, en principio. Es lo que las circunstancias (a ojos de sus miembros) exigen que sea, lo que no descarta ninguna posibilidad.

Cuando fundamos el proyecto cada uno de los que estábamos (MGR, Charlie, Mr. J. Zimbi, Lint, Zhuge Liang y yo) aportamos nuestro granito de arena para formar el manifiesto que recientemente pasó por una ligera reforma/adaptación. Para mí tiene ciertos pilares indispensables:

Tecnocracia por bandera. Por tecnocracia entiendo llegar a las conclusiones basándonos en las experiencias que vivimos, no por ideologías rígidas. No defendemos al trabajador por principio, sino la relación justa entre trabajador y empresario. No nos cerramos a una idea de economía, sino que estudiamos las distintas posibilidades haciendo caso a las circunstancias más que a los principios. No tachamos los conflictos bélicos como buenos o malos, sino que nos adaptamos a las necesidades y deseos del pueblo en cada momento. Nos adaptamos

Mente abierta como requisito. Una de las primeras cosas que descubres aquí es que, aunque la naturaleza humana es un hecho inamovible, aquello que nos rodea no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. Es importante dejar fuera del juego todas aquellas ideas preconcebidas con las que se entra. Sí hay aspectos que se parecen (algunos mucho) y desde luego que nos basamos/apoyamos en nuestros conceptos mundanos para guiarnos, pero no nos debe limitar. Debemos ser capaces de mirar más allá, por una eficiencia y bien mayor. Nos adaptamos

Una meta común, clara y ciega a los colores. Buscamos engrandecer a nuestra nación por encima de cualquier persona, grupo, partido o ideología. El concepto de “engrandecer” es muy relativo y personalmente lo asocio a una actividad abundante y sana junto con una defensa nacional fuerte. Defendemos una libertad de expresión absoluta del individuo y no tenemos prejuicios ante ideas. Apoyamos en todo momento aquel partido o proyecto que creemos beneficiará a nuestra nación sin mirar su trayectoria pasada, sino su trayectoria por venir. Nos adaptamos

Por último decir que creo que los Fénix somos (y/o debemos ser) un colectivo humilde. En ningún momento buscamos engrandecer nuestro nombre. Nuestro destino es insignificante, siempre que no perdamos de vista nuestro objetivo. Nos adaptamos a lo que nuestra sociedad requiere de nosotros.


Para mí esto es lo que significa ser Fénix.

As informed in this thread (url=http://ide.erepublika.es/foro/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=497) at IDE's forum, after a month in Congress I have decided, along with Diarmuid, to return to Proyecto Fénix (Phoenix Project). Nothing really important, but I would like to take this opportunity, while returning "home" to explain what I mean Proyecto Fenix is. Of course, as a group, it represents what majority stands for while the point of view from one extreme to another might be quite different. This is mine.

"Proyecto Fenix" was born in times of great political tension (nearly a year ago), where all parties in Spain held on to the nation, as if it were a piece of clothing, and everyone pulled in their own direction not seeing they were ripping it apart. Since this project was born until now I think the idea hasn't been all that clear to those trying to understand our role so I hope that this will help that a bit. The PF is not a political party, necessarily. It is what the circumstances (in the eyes of its members) requires, which does not exclude any possibility.

When we founded the project, each one of us (MGR, Charlie, Mr. J. Zimbi, Lint, Zhuge Liang and me) played our part to achieve the manifesto which recently went through some small changes. To me it has certain essential pillars:

Technocracy as our flag. I understand technocracy as the conclusions reached based on the experiences we go through, not by solid ideologies. It is not about defending the worker as a principle, but look for the fair relationship between worker and employer. We have no standard idea of economics, but we study several possibilities taking into consideration the circumstances rather than principles. Armed conflicts are not labelled as good or bad, but we adjust to the needs and wishes of the people at all times. We adapt

An open mind is required. One of the first things you discover here is that while human nature is an unchangeable fact, what surrounds us has nothing to do with reality. It is important to leave out of the game any preconceived ideas we tend to bring along. Yes, there are some things that look like reality (some very much) and of course we use our worldly concepts to guide us, but we should not let those limit us. We must be able to look beyond that, for the sake of efficiency and a greater good. We adapt

A common goal, clear and blind to colours. We seek to make our nation great... above any player, group, party or ideology. The concept of "great" is very relative and personally I associate it with a great deal of activity along with a strong national defence. We defend true freedom of speech to the individual and we have no prejudices regarding the ways of thinking. We always support any party or project that we believe will benefit our nation without looking at its past, but its steps to come. We adapt

Finally I would like to say that I think we, the Phoenix, are (and/or should be) a humble group. Never looking for personal gain nor fame. Our destiny isn't relevant at all, provided that we don't lose our goal out of sight. We adapt to what our society requires of us.


For me this is what it means to be a Phoenix.
