[PRESIDENT'S STATEMENT] Belated Explanation - Eastern Siberia Region

I'm really sorry for the late explanation on what happened in the Eastern Siberia Region.
A few days ago, I gave Eastern Siberia Region to Romania. Let me rephrase that: I lent Eastern Siberia Region to Romania.
This was done without discussing in congress. It is something I didn't like to do, but it was necessary. Our congress has proved to not be as trustworthy as we'd wish, as there have been leaks of information that shouldn't have leaked. Therefore, I only discussed this with my Vice President, reboot, and made sure that we were in the clear. This was done so that no-one could know of this. It gave the Romanians a great opportunity. To attack Iran, and give PEACE some of their own medicine.
Iran just celebrated their new years, which meant that a lot of them were unavailable all day. Also, ESR had a Q5 DS and a Q4 Hospital, as well as over 200 citizens. This probably lead PEACE into thinking that it wouldn't be swapped.
I hope you see what a great opportunity this was for us, ATLANTIS. We even managed to take great advantage of this opportunity, and eventually, two Chinese regions were freed, and Romania captured Inner Mongolia.
I hate jumping the democracy, and I wish I could've avoided it, but this was not only an urgent, but also a secret mission, which meant that I had to do it.
Drastic times calls for drastic measures.

What about the lost income? ESR is economically an important region, and I don't know when will Norway get it back. Norway's losses are growing every day. Probably there were many companies too, which have to find new markets.
I'm just interested, because we always hear that Norway have to help Romania and ATLANTIS, but people can hear nothing about the payback.
I just fear, that there will be other "urgent" times. I agree with your decision, but democracy and congress can't be left out, it starts a bad route, what Norway shouldnt follow.
I'll make sure such an event doesn't occur again.

Unfortunetly i was one of them, whose company bankrupted in Volga-Vyatka Region according to your 'lending business'. Trade volume of your market is such a low, that i couldnt sell my products.
I know, im just a tiny dot and my case might be an acceptable loss in ur Big Game, but it just not fair with those who living in those areas and dont even care politics.
Anyway, I learned my lesson and left your country as soon as i could.

I personally think he made the right decision, playing this game in a way it hasn't been played in a long time.
Fast decisions - wich don't really cost our country much (romania was quick with lowering income taxes to 5%(Diamonds and other concerned taxes) and you also get to buy a new market license (i you're a company owner) for 5g to Romania. All in all, more is gained from this exercise than what is lost - if it keeps romanian that is.) and helps us get a strong military position as well as a VERY strong allie, was there to be a war directed at us.

Since you knew it was just a temporary swap (you should have known had you followed media lately), why didn't you just fire your people, buy a market license to romania, and sit back until this exercise is over? As you know, eRomania is at war with eNorway, so no chance for trading between the countries... (furthermore why shall i pay extra 20g for a licence and pay extra import taxes for nothing?)
Didnt want to swap countries... it just happened... and caused loss for me and as i wrote learned my lesson. Im an investor and not a politician, and dont wanna make business in a politicaly unstable country.
The real question is: when, if ever, will ESR be part of Norway again? Will Norway take responsibility for severing bussines for all companies stationed in ESR? It is not just the taxes, that we can bare, but there is much more going on in backgroud.

Maybe i was not clear enough... i worked with my company in Volga-Vyatka Region and suddenly found myself in Norway.... and yes, i bought the licence for 5g but their dead market and low prices just meant wasting of money.
Thinks happen and life goes on.
