Counter-proposal to the Russian "Contract",

We will come with this counter-proposal to the Russian "Contract", and we know it can be better mabye, but we mean this is a start.
What do you think?
1.1 Norwegian government shall officially revoke the "Russian Declaration of Independence" agreement
2.1 Norway shall surrender and waive any and all territorial rights for the Russian provinces mentioned hereinbelow: Far Eastern region, North Caucasus Region, Leningrad Oblast, Volga Region.
2.2 Russia shall surrender and waive any territorial rights for the Norwegian provinces mentioned hereinbelow: Ostlandet, Sorlandet, Nord-Norge, Vestlandet, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Trondelag.
2.3 Kaliningrad region, East Sibir region and Volga region will forever stay Norwegian.
2.4 Any and all changes in game and/or ingame code and/or game rules and regulations and/or etc. such as addition of new regions and/or renaming of the existing ones shall under no circumstances affect and/or invalidate Clause 2.1 and/or 2.2
3.1 Russia shall obtain any and all rights for the liberation of any and all the Russian regions, which are under Norwegian occupation as of the date set at the bottom of the present Agreement.
4.1 Failure to prevent military and other actions against Russia (i.e. letting another country go through Norway regions) shall be treated as the breach of the contract.
4.2 Russia shall not, directly or indirectly, take part in any conflicts targeted against Norway, nor shall it provide, directly or indirectly, support to countries, which are at war with Norway financially or militarily, nor take, directly or indirectly, any role in political-takeovers in Norway.
5.1 Russia shall not propose any bills in Norwegian congress from the period starting Jan. 25 2009 through Feb. 6 2009, and shall vote against any unknown bills initiated in error.
5.2 Russia shall withdraw its congressmen from Norwegian congress before Feb. 6 2009, in enough quantity so that the Golden Party and Strong Scandinavia could take the majority of parliament seats upon liberation of the regions mentioned hereinbelow: Far Eastern Region, Leningrad Oblast, North Caucasus Region,and Volga Region.
6.1 The present Agreement shall come into effect upon signature thereof by the authorized representatives of both Parties and stand valid through Feb. 1 2010.
7.1 Norway and Russia are required to pay 500 Gold to a third party (admin) to secure articles 2.1,2.2, 2.3, 4.1, 4.2 and 5.2. This security deposit shall be returned on Mai 1. 2009.
7.2 In case Norway breaches the contract, all funds will go to Free Russia Party accounts which will be provided by Free Russia Party Leader after affirmative poll within FRP
7.3 In case Russia breaches the contract, all funds will go to Norway.

I have maintained, maintain, and intend to continue maintaining that purely anhistorical justice would dictate the restoration of the historical border between Russia and Norway, but in the concrete situation a "punitive" element should also be added to the agreement as retribution of the intolerable past behaviour of the Norwegian imperialist ruling classes, meaning that Nord-Norge and Svalbard must be also ceded to Russia.

Finland would be most upset by any punitive elements within possible agreements, especially if said elements should alter the geopolitical situation in the Barents region. Finland is declining almost as rapidly as Norway, but do not think the borders could be re-drawn entirely without repercussions.

I don't see exactly why? A punishment for what "intolerable past behaviour"? This goes both ways may I remind you. Both sides has done good and bad things. This wasn't even a point in the first sketch from Creos.

Uhm, did Russia defeat Norway in the first place? No, the regions are ours now, the Norwegian regions has never been anything but Norwegian.
And I know this isn't even necessary to discuss, this isn't one of the official claims anywhere anyway.

@ noel, can you specify "anhistorical justise" as a non historical justice would be considered quite different from what you said, you simply don't go for revenge if you want justice, as only fools go for revenge, and i doubt you are that stupid.
as for the regions, erussia have already had its revenge, killing the enorwegian activity and to some extent politically, wanting all the regions back is a bad idea, when you can't keep control over even one. the best option for erussia would however be to secure one region and then slowly take it from there, you are/were too quick last time
i would love to see what you would be saying if superpower like Indonesia would declare war agains you XD take your regions, and than tell you that Norway soil is an official part of Indonesia, and you HAVE NO right for it XD

Why argue with Norway People?
It is just pointless. I was against the whole contract and baby-sitting from the beginning.
To People of Norway:
Letting somebody die and doing nothing to prevent is EQUAL to killing and will be penalized by court(at least in American Law). And I am not talking about Norway letting Romania go through YOUR regions to get to Russia. I am talking about your congress that does not really give productive counter offers.
Here what we nee😛 Kaliningrad, East Siberia, Far Eastern Region, and Urals. We will lease other regions for now.
