TheBlackAdder Is Running For Congress

Hello all,
Firstly I'ld like to say thank you for reading this.

Being my first article I feel the need to introduce myself, I am TheBlackAdder, I am a reasonably new player in eRepublic but I am also reasonably fast learner (and am very willing to listen to experienced players advice.) I am also very interested in my countrys future, as we all should be, and wish to have an active part in shaping that future.

That is why when my party president (Calibur) asked me to run for congress i agreed. The Australian National Party has put its faith in me and I wish to deliver. So when you vote for congress please consider me. I must admit, I am not the most obvious representitive of the National Party. Apart from being a new addition to eRepublic I am also perhaps more "centre wing" than a lot of my National Party colleagues, which I believe is a good thing. I have a social concience and if elected would help to see that people in need of aid recieve it in a reasonable, and ecconomically sustainable way.

Like the rest of the National Party my first priority would be helping to stableise the ecconomy. A free market is important for this and is exactly what the National Party would provide, along with providing reasonable assistance to the ecconomy, such as the policy to set up government funded "training companies" for low skilled workers.

Lastly I would like to say that I am a capable representitive of the National Party and would do my best to further our cause. Also we must remember that we are the minority and a minority party needs seats to help keep the government in line.
