--
Supply Q4 Hospitals-Health Canada, Canada's Q4 hospital manufacturer will create one hospital per month. These hospitals will be distributed among Canadian regions or sold to foreign investors for a fair price.

Gift Service-Provide gifts when necessary to boost production or to heal wounded CAF soldiers during war. The National Healthcare Service will boost workers to 80 welness during peace time and soldiers as often as needed during war. Welness applies to any eCanadian citizen who has worked for over a week. Welness will be supplied from domestic companies only.

Public Service
--
Job Finder-Provide job opportunities at the government trainers and when employees are fired at a certain skill will work to find them another job at a private company.

Education Cooperation-Provide information about eRepublik, in all aspects of the game, including each ministry, and political parties. In conjuction with the education minister.

Public Service Plans-
A)Provincial Premiers: Each province will have a premier, who will work with the ministry in order to insure that all players have access to information about the game, knowledge of their rights as citizens, etc… They will also be aiding in the management of part B

😎Big Brother/Big Sister program: eCanada will be starting its own Big Brother/Big Sister Program. Supervised by the ministry of public service, and the premiers of each province, every new player will be paired up with an experienced volunteer, and together they can learn about the game and improve on what they already know. The Big brother will be responsible for making sure the new player doesn’t become bored or frustrated in the game (as much as possible), and the ministry of public services and health will be responsible for providing employment and gifts for the little brother/sister.

Working With Other Ministries-
The ministry of public service and health will be working with the ministry of education on a few different ideas.

Media
1)Create a ‘media’ class to teach new players how to write efficient articles and not to spam the media.
2)Find out the written and read languages of each player, and use them to help browse the newspapers of other countries, in order to give them experience and valuable reporting skills, an opportunity to great and informative articles, and to better eCanada by making sure we don’t miss a thing on the international scene.

Tutorials-We will work with the communications and education industry to create the “Canada Front Page” or ‘first PM tutorial’, which will be the pm every new citizen to eCanada receives. This will include a list of contacts, and a detailed tutorial on the specifics of erepublik, links to important sites such as the eCanadian forums, etc… this will also include information about the different political parties in eCanada, so that each new citizen will be able to make an informed choice on where they would like to be.

Gamer Club-We will work to create an erepublik gamers club, possibly run through the eCanadian forums. There are many players of other online games who work together on erepublik, it seems obvious that we could get players from eCanada to work together in other games as well, to promote activity and unity.

Surveys-Finally, each new citizen will be given a survey to discover where their talents lie and in which ministry they would prosper and enjoy working. As many citizens as possible will be primed and taught to become leaders, potential ministers and deputies, everyone will have a fair chance. This will promote activity from aspiring players, provide fun competition and promote excellence from every citizen.

Education
--
Dual Purpose Trainer-Plan on transforming our government Q1 trainers so that they have the dual function of training up new players skills and also teaching the new players valuable information. This will be done using pre-created pm that they will send to them containing valuable links and information. Also Teachers and students will be encouraged to interact between each after the defaults Pm are send. Once V1 is launch more tool will be available to our teacher to transmit there knowledge to new players.

Change in Trainers-Q1 trainers will also need to be readapted once V1 is launch because of the merge of skills and the appearance of new sectors. Each political party will be encourage to supply some members to participate in this program to ensures that new players have access to people from different views and prevent this program to be view as a recruitment The minister of Education will assign new players to these teacher and ensure that any new player that are not in any of those Q1 trainers have a chance at this education thanks to a exchange with Minister of Public Service
