Opposition to Recent Radical Ideas

Day 305, 17:08 Published in Japan Japan by Akki

Recently, it has come to my attention, that with highly increasing population of new citizens in eJapan, there have been introductions of very radical ideas into eJapan, backed by very low experience, and very low level of thinking of human and economic behaviors. Most of these radical ideas are related to unification of economy into community, formation of one economic power, unrealistic plan of global domination, et cetera. One things which have struck me deeply and shocked me to find was very idea of communism being introduced heavily by these new comers, to collaborate and unify,

First thing to start it off, I must state that I and very opposite of communists. In fact, I personally dislike and am very anti about the idea of communism, or even socialism. They do not work, they cause low prosperity, and they cause market failure. We have learned it enough in real life about communism. It just does not work because of human behavior to first think about them. Russia has learned this, China also has learned this, and even early American settlers of Puritans had learned that communism does not work and system just crumbles from within. Collaboration, although it does sound great, just does not work, because there are always those who take advantage of the system. Just like world peace never works.

When each companies form into big jumble of one company, under one management, into state which non-communist countries will call monopoly, it gives power to company owners, not to employees. In this state, we can argue that the owners will take advantage, and will raise their price and lower employees’ average pay. Why will they not do it? If there is no one to stop them from making money, and no one to compete with them, they are the king of their sector. They become a tyrant, who can do anything for their desire. I am sure from here we can conclude that the unions of the companies will hurt eJapan’s economy more than it will help by making us competitive in world economy. The import and export taxes are so high in so many of the countries that even if we lower the price to compete, they will just increase tax to protect their home business, something any of the country who is smart enough will do.

In this state, even if the government steps in, trying to fix the pay, and lower the price, this will cause negative effect on the owners, the very people who keeps the market going. The owners will make negative or very small profit, causing employees to be in the better situation. This will crumble to economy with owners of the company collapsing. When you can make more money by just working for a company, who will pay 40 gold to make a company, which makes less than when you were employee. This will make eJapan very unfriendly place for people who want to start the business, driving away a possible immigrant who would have come. Even when government sends money to these owners of the company, it still cause great drop to our market. Our economy will be very dependent of the government, and companies will be unproductive. If you get money, even without doing good job, or doing much, why would you do a good job? The productivity level will drop, and spending will drop. This will all lead up to less money circulating around eJapan, causing great inflation, or deflation, which will lead us into recession. With supplies shortage also happening at the same time.

Government intrusion into the market only cause more difficulties, unfairness in the system, and rise in taxes to support the market. Collaboration and communism will only cause negative disastrous effect. As Darwin have theorized in his idea of natural selection, the strong and those who can adapt the most into the environment will survive and prosper, while the weak, and unskilled, will suffer and die out. Only the fittest will survive. As Thomas Hobbes have stated, the men were born solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short. There is no way such creature could possibly live in harmony in community and hope to live peacefully. There will be many conflicts.

My personal beliefs are these…

-Strong central government, to protect Japan from exterior threats, protect Japanese market, and to keep Japan unified.

-Strong military regulated by government to ready ourselves from exterior threats, and for government to support the program with money and else.

-Big mobility in Japan, to allow people to move around Japan with ease, and to allow people to move to different social class with ease.

-Private market sector, with minimal government intrusion to let the market handle its own trouble.

-Marketing sector supported by small business, allowing the competition, and diversity of choice. Also to create easy environment for people to open business and take a risk.

-less radical change, and support for progression. To allow central government to be stable, and to cause minimal damage and less radical and rapid change with every new administration.
