Romanian Imperialism Causes World War.

NEWS:
The Romanian Imperialist Government has went ahead with a war proposal that is almost certain to pass, in complete disregard for the sovereignty of Hungary.
In doing so however, Hungary's many MPPs and membership of PEACE threaten to turn Romania's annexation into the First eWorld War. Under the terms of the treaty forming the PEACE community, Pakistan, Greece, Bulgaria, Austria, Italy, France, Iran, Indonesia, Japan, Portugal, Venezuela, and Brazil are all obliged to help defend Hungary from the Romanian agressors.
However, not one of Romania's allies are obliged to help them invade.
The situation is worsened by the fact that many freedom fighters from non-PEACE nations will also add to the Romanians' problems.
Interestingly, had the Romanians attempted the war declaration just a day earlier, the treaty would not have been applicable.
OPINION:
As Irishmen, we cannot allow the annexation of Hungary to occur, even if it is heavily defended. I urge for the ISDF to be sent for peacekeeping as soon as the elections are over, if peace has not already been agreed by then.

See this is a difficult situation for Ireland. Romania is a Northern Alliance Member (Though the NA is going to be dissolved soon in favour of ATLANTIS). So technically Romania is and still will be the Allies of Ireland.
Hungary in the past Annexed Slovakia from the Czech Republic. It\'ll be difficult for Romania to win this war it\'s hardly going to be the cake walk they are used to in Ukraine and Moldova.

As we are still allied to Romania we should stay out of this conflict. There are no obligations for us to fight on either side and while our sympathy is with Hungarians on this we should not shed Romanian blood while NA is still valid. (With the coming of ATLANTIS it will be cancelled and all our obligations will end)
I\'m aware of the NA situation, but we cannot allow this travesty to continue.
That includes a counterattack into Romanian territory.
Ireland will not be involved in this conflict.

Romanian imperialism makes us sick to our stomachs as true Irishmen, the same kind of imperialism that we languished under with the Brits.
There is no such thing as Romanian imperialism, at least not in RL.

War is an awful thing in RL, but here it\'s a great way of having fun.
This is not only an economic simulator. It\'s also about armies, war, winning, etc ..

@PFEx, I will defend our allies. But I will not be involved in the attack, at least not for the first few days. I will be busy being President/Congressman here so I will have to send my officers with the men.

In case you missed how the game works, Politicians cannot fight abroad, it\'s not a rule I agree with, but its the way the game works.
@fr33m3 - You completely fail to understand the nature of this game. The people who play it will not tolerate people like you, and the method in which you play the game. The community of the players determines what is acceptable, and when you are bankrupted and despised everywhere you will understand this.
I have played a number of games, and always in the end you will see the community turn against people like you and obliterate them from the game.

Well, that would be a big mistake. ATLANTIS troops will be fighting for Romania, and by shedding ATLANTIS blood you will probably put Ireland in a very difficult position.
You are blinded by fury and fail to see the difference between Victor\'s group and Romania. No matter who wins the elections in September, Ireland should send troops to help Romania if you want to be part of Atlantis and not part of UK!!!!!
