Hello one and all,

For the past 3 months I have been Mayor of Edmonton, Alberta, surviving three local elections. Tomorrow I will cease to be the mayor, and remain as a mere Congressman.

Well, I figure it's time for one last Hurrah.

As a member of the Supreme Court of Canada due to my mayorship, and my own congressional seat, I am going to propose a new bill before congress, to deal specifically with the issue of the separation from eCanada.

You see, after the 1995 Referendum, and the disasterously ambiguous questionaire posed within it, Prime Minister Jean Chretien commissioned a new bill, the Clarity Act, to legislate the requirements needed to remove a province from eCanada.

Today, I propose to do the same thing.

1. Whereas the Constitutional proposals on Separation put forth by Augustus Baldwin have been needlessly provocative and devisive.

and

2. Whereas the eCanadian constitution contains no indication of the neccessary provisions to remove a province from eCanada, nor indicates that said actions should be impossible

and

3. Whereas the citizens of a province or territory of eCanada merit a say in the governance of their region and country

and

4. whereas the addition or removal of a Province of eCanada affects not only the population of said region, but the population of eCanada as a whole, on a very constitutional level

and

5. whereas no one province or man should be given the power remove or add a territory to orfrom eCanadian soil without the say of all eCanadians

and

6. Whereas any peacable removal of an eRepublikan state needs the support of the Admins.

Be it resolved that the Congress of Canada provide the following provisions for the removal or addition of a state from eCanada.

1. The motion must recieve the endorsement of 50%+1 of ALL eCanadian citizens residing within the Province or Territory wishing to secceed or join eCanada; not just voting citizens

2. The motion must recieve the endorsement of 50% +1 of all eCanadian Congressmen, not just voting congressmen, including 50% of all congressmen residing within the territory of interest.

3. The motion must recieve the endorsement of 50%+1 of all Mayors of eCanada, not just voting members.

4. The motion must recieve the approval of the Administration of eRepublik.

Should a motion to add or remove a territory to or from the Federation of eCanada pass this test, be it resolved that the Admins of eRepublik will abide by this collective decision and add or remove the territory of interest to or from the sovereign territory of eCanada.

Bien, je pense que c'est le temps pour un dernier Hourra.

Comme un membre de la Cour suprême du Canada en raison de mon mayorship et ma propre place du Congrès, je vais proposer une nouvelle facture avant le congrès, être en activité spécialement avec l'édition de la séparation d'eCanada.

Vous voyez, après le Référendum 1995 et questionaire équivoque disasterously posé dans cela, le Premier ministre Jean Chretien a commandé une nouvelle facture, l'acte de Clarté, légiférer les exigences devaient enlever une province d'eCanada.

Aujourd'hui, je propose de faire la même chose.

1. Alors que les propositions Constitutionnelles de la Séparation présentée par Augustus Baldwin ont été inutilement provocantes et devisive.

et

2. Alors que la constitution eCanadian ne contient aucune indication des provisions neccessary pour enlever une province d'eCanada, ni indique que les actions dites devraient être impossibles

et

3. Alors que les citoyens d'une province ou d'un territoire d'eCanada méritent le fait de dire dans le gouvernement de leur région et pays

et

4. alors que l'adjonction ou l'enlèvement d'une Province d'eCanada affectent pas seulement la population de région dite, mais la population d'eCanada en masse, sur un niveau très constitutionnel

et

5. alors que personne la province ou l'homme devraient être donnés le pouvoir n'enlève ou ajoute un territoire à orfrom eCanadian le sol sans le fait de dire de tout eCanadians

et

6. Alors que n'importe quel enlèvement peacable d'un état d'eRepublikan a besoin du soutien de l'Admins.

Soyez cela a décidé que le Congrès du Canada fournit les provisions suivantes à l'enlèvement ou à l'adjonction d'un état d'eCanada.

1. Le mouvement doit recieve l'endossement de 50 % 1 de TOUS les citoyens eCanadian résidant dans la Province ou le Territoire voulant à secceed ou rejoindre eCanada; non seulement scrutin des citoyens

2. Le mouvement doit recieve l'endossement de 50 % 1 de tous les Membres du Congrès eCanadian, en votant non seulement des membres du Congrès, en incluant 50 % de tous les membres du Congrès résidant dans le territoire d'intérêt.

3. Le mouvement doit recieve l'endossement de 50 % 1 de tous les Maires d'eCanada, en votant non seulement des membres.

4. Le mouvement doit recieve l'approbation de l'Administration d'eRepublik.

Si un mouvement d'ajouter ou enlever un territoire à ou de la Fédération d'eCanada passe cette épreuve, être cela a décidé que l'Admins d'eRepublik respectera cette décision collective et ajoutera ou enlèvera le territoire d'intérêt à ou du territoire souverain d'eCanada.
