Map acted up a bit but double-checked perhaps higher up in norway/sweden it will still work. Ok perhaps the title should read 5 rubbers for european countries not certain whether eastern russia falls in asia might be but still their a european country.

1. Portugal Azores

2. Sicily Italy

3. Trondheim Norway or Bordering region in Sweden

4.West Georgia

Initially I thought maybe Black sea Turkey but that would cut out Sicily

ofc google does not know whether georgia is in europe or in the middle east but seems in europe.

5. Far Eastern Russia

ofc

if ireland takes rubber then i think azores is cut out and perhaps norway as well but 2nd one would be viable for romania/serbia perhaps and then 3rd for russia.

it was centered on black sea turkey but west georgia dont . didnt update the pic also norway sweden would have to be top region. if i where plato i would allow multiple circles but imo they are not good with maps.
