✓ 600 g pork neck, ham or bacon

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. We cut the meat for chenachai into pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper, spices, mix and leave to marinate.
2. Cut potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, carrots into cubes, chop onions and garlic cloves. If you like it very spicy, you can add chili peppers in addition.
3. Add pieces of meat, further chopped vegetables and potatoes on top of the chenach pot.
4. Chenachas are stewed at 220 degrees for about an hour. Later we leave the chenaches (Čenakai) for 15-20 minutes. to stand still. Chenachas are served in chenaches(clay pot's) or other suitable dishes in which they are stewed. Chenahus can be tasted with a spoonful of sour cream. Chenachai (Čenakai) - a rich and delicious dish.
