I need to edit the math to reflect taxes, but the main point is the same.
WaM tax being 17cc per company and wrm price crashing, profit per q4 wrm is kinda off.
Like 10 times off.

Interesting twist. Not sure I totally get it though. Could you explain a bit more what does "assets will be in the form of materials companies operated by ... members" mean? So if somebody joins the co-op and needs assistance buying factories... what happens? Does the Co-op sell off assets at that point in order to get liquidity?
The coop has begun with a total of 350 "shares", all held by one person in the form of donated cc. As these shares are distributed, they are managed by those to whom they have been disbursed accordingly. When a request is made, each shareholder is responsible to donate back according to their holdings. Eventually more than 350 shares will exist in the coop, reducing the donation responsibility per share.
Nice. Looking forward to seeing this develope. If you need any help from the National Cooperative or the SFP Cooperative feel free to ask!
And don’t be shy from harsher criticisms! I assure you we could use more of it!

Also, just a tip, in order for it to be considered a cooperative you will need to have a decision making apparatuses that gives a vote to each member. Consider googling the ‘Rochdale Principles’ and using this as the framework for your By-Laws. That is the commonly accepted standard rules of operation for Co-Ops in and out of game.
thank you
