Î don't get it. I never attacked you. I may have disagreed with you on some points (like the deputy), but that's only normal in this game.
I hope you reconsider and stay on because I do believe you put in the time and effort to do a good job with the best of intentions.

If you thought my reaction to the error (an understandable error, since the proposal request was different on 1 point from the original request in the debate) in the Referendum proposal was serious: is was not.

Even though you have been facing attacks including MoNC and criticism I kinda disagree with the resignation. Its normal for people who hold certain positions to be attacked constantly. CPs face much scrutiny every month, I expect to be scrutinised if I do win but its all a process of trial and improvement. There is always atleast 1 or 2 unhappy people and opposition, without that in my opinion our Congress or Government would not work

I do not remember attacking the Chairman at all for his job, in fact I remember defending him during the MoNC on Day 1 (on which I understand the frustration, as any impeachment started on Day 1 does not bring any positivity forward). All I did was asking for restart of a vote, because wrong proposal was put forward. Something, that happens to all of us sometimes. As we are all humans.

Yes, you had a lot on your plate - you have been one of the hardest working CoC's in a long time. And you liked to create controversy around you, which ultimately could have lead to this... happening. But even though they say "The most shining stars die young.", I hope this is not the case. If we keep losing good Chairmans (or any other good officials for that matter)... who will be left to lead this country?

Well this sucks. But I guess I saw it coming. Good management would require that each person knows their job, and knows the rules of it, and complies with those rules. If help or reminders are needed, they could be offered first- before what seemed like an instantaneous vote of no confidence.

Does not seem like great team building, imho. Or else I misunderstood this entire situation?

Sad to see this happening but I can understand your decision ElGorro.

For a long time in eNL people have been waiting for others to make a mistake and immediately go on the offence. I haven't seen warnings, or advice or like JacksTrout said offering assistance. It's always oh he made a mistake, let's hit the punish button.

Anyway, I want to say thank you for your work as CoC in the last few weeks. We've all seen how much effort you've put into writing all the articles opening votes and debates. I hope your successor continues to do so although i doubt there are many with the time and motivation to put so much time in erep. I hope someone will surprise me!

Your efforts are hard to be repeated by someone else considering the pool of active citizens. I'm therefore saddened by your decision. I feel there's a lot of predatory efforts being taken by some elements, but common sense should prevail through e.g. 'joke' proposals.

I may not have seen everything, yet attacks seems exaggurated. Yes there was a MoNC, yet that was not taken seriously by congress and voted down easily and a stupid attempt (even by his standards) from odan to interpret matters in a way only he does.
Other stuff was mainly being a difficult person seeking stuff that ain’t there (MD) doing a nice odan interpretation. From Janty I have only seen simplified reasonings to get changes with no apparent bad intent. Nothing that comes even close to attacking you. You have been under real attack way more in the far away past.

It’s about who you feel naturally, but to me it looks like what you call attacks are not the real reason but are put forward to justify a resignation that’s caused by other stuff tbh...

I sorta agree with Weekstrom. I am not entirely sure you're not doing this just to prove a point. Maybe this is what you had planned all along when you decided to run without deputy.

I highly doubt it is planned though. I certainly believe he could do it alone. Yes it’s a busy job again nowadays but knowing our monkey he can easily put up the effort. Something I could never achieve...

If people attack the CoC they should be the ones removed or corrected by congress. But that would mean returnig to a form of elite where CoC rules everything and we just left that behind.
Personally I have seen no attacks but I don't see the CM PM thread so I take it it was in there rather than under articles. But I need to add I don't follow all discussions now I'm not in congress...

I'll be running as CoC with Mael Dunbar as my dCoC.

the original idea was to be dCoC to Mael but due to him having some irl responsibilities that will not allow him to be online as much as he wants the coming time he asked me to be CoC for a term. Next time he should be able to run as CoC himself.

Before I vote, will you continue with the article debates or go back to forum?
