[MoH & MoO] Joint Announcements for WAP, House Draw, and NAP.
Derakor
Hey guys! Time for another announcement and update for WAP and the Housing Draw, as well as for a new program I'll be introducing as Minister of Offense, that I hope will spill over to every government. I'll introduce all the programs again and their requirements, just to make sure everyone is aware. 🙂
What is WAP?
WAP, long named Wellness Assistance Program, is a program aimed at strengthening and ensuring that Canadians have all the food necessary to stay healthy, acive, work hard and be strong enough to defend Canada. It also allows Canadians to stop worrying about paying for food, so they can focus on buying larger items, building their businesses, or buying more weapons for the battlefield.
The requirements:
1) A citizen must be in good standing with the Government;
2) A citizen must apply for Wellness Assistance using this form: WAP Form;
3) Members who are already part of a Wellness Assistance Program other than that organized by the Ministry of Health, will also not apply.
This is a great opportunity for new members to the community, so let's get exposure out there you veterans that are here!
What is the House Draw?
The House Draw is an effort to balance the costs of WAP by giving people a fun meta game, in lottery form. Each month Canadians can buy tickets to a maximum of 10 at $50 CAD per ticket, to be entered for a chance to win a House.
This month, we have 4 Prizes. Our normal Q1 house, Q2 house, and Q3 house, but we also have a bonus prize of a Q4 house. These prizes will be chosen at the end of each month. Redeeming them for the time being is a bit tricky, and we'll change how that part of the program works once these houses are GONE!
Requirements:
1) Must be an Canadian Citizen;
2) Must pay 50 CAD per ticket to a maximum of 10, AND PM Derakor with a request for ticket(s);
3) Must be in good standing with the Canadian Government.
Now, introducing our new program, from the Ministry of Offense. The National Armament Program! That's right folks. We're wanting to ARM you guys to fight. So not only can you get food to fight, you can get the weapons too! Here's how it works...
What is NAP?
Just like I stated, we want to strengthen Canada with weapons to be more effective in our fights for ourselves, and our allies. What each person gets is 30 Q7 weapons per person requesting.
Requirements:
1) A citizen must be in good standing with the Government;
2) A citizen must apply for National Armament Program using this form: NAP Form
3) Members who are already part of another Armament Program other than that organized by the Ministry of Offense, will not apply.
So take advantage, and let's see a Canada more active, and MUCH stronger, so we can stop worrying about the USA!

eh wot
The first graphic confused the hell out of me and I saw no explanation in the text. So are we going to AS Switzerland or are they attacking us? Are we to become Swiss Canadians or Canaswissians? Do we each get one of those cool knives? Will Batman be able to rescue Robin from the Joker in time?
NAP was originally Non Agression Pact, guess I missed the memo. 😃
Lol Yeeeeesssss.... we're all Swiss now.... My plan is working.
NAP originally means Non-Aggression Pact, but modifying things. 🙂
😃
The newest secret Canadian-Swiss initiative. You weren't supposed to notice... Now I've gotta have my MoFA contact Daree III, CP of Switzerland, and let 'em know that we done messed up because my FORMER MoFA decided to be smart...
I swear you are more work than you warned me about...
😛 😛 😛
We're attacking Switzerland?
No sir. Currently we are attacking Serbia
Right, but that's not really an attack. Unless you've decided to kick out our benefactors without telling anyone 🙂
"Members who are already part of another Armament Program other than that organized by the Ministry of Offense, will not apply."
So if someone gets weapons from their MU they can't apply for the weapons?
Theoretically, that would seem the case. Are there Military Units that still supply their members in Canada? Genuinely curious
CoI does indeed supply. But that is not organized by Ministry, so it shouldn't be applicable.
The idea in the future is to have MU Commanders coordinate with the Ministry to get the weapons to then distribute. I didn't put that part in the article though because I wanted to pilot the program first. However if you are an MU Commander or Owner and are interested in coordinating that way, let's do it!
I want to form a plan to find the MUs tout then fund their guys.
As mentioned above, Captains of Industry has, since June of 2016, been involved in a reward program that distributed Q7s based on the number of kills per day. Its not an "Armament Program" in that we give some to anyone, only those with 25+ kills per day (under 25 gets Q5 food). Its a "reward program" is so much as one has to take action before the Q7s show up.
Than that wouldn't apply. A Rewards Program is very different from an Armament Program in the sense that there's still a service/value/good/labour associated in order to get it. Which means that CoI guys can benefit more by signing up to NAP than anyone else.
So communes/slave pits are ok? Just not free weapons for no reason?
