Excellent, but you've given PCP 3 extra votes by mistake - so PUP should have an extra seat (11) and PCP one less (9). In addition PUP and UKRP still won the seats last month (1 & 3 respectively) that they did not have candidates for - so excluding them and showing an increase this month is slightly misleading maybe?
My apologies I was testing the no chancers part of my algorithm which is the most difficult part as you have to guess the final turnout. The figures before midnight were correct
They did actually get extra seats this time as they actually managed to get the extra candidates they needed so compared to last month they do have more members of congress
The big winners are of course the pirates who managed to keep the same number of members of congress ans also got seats from the BP who it seems still voted for their party despite this only benefiting the people who ptoed them!
The WRP could have won an extra seat if they got 2 more votes (from PUP)
When DC took over TUP Congress, many in TUP still voted for TUP. The problem is you no longer vote for your guy, you vote for the party. I imagine quite a few of those who voted for TUP back then had no idea what had happened, much like I suspect a good swathe in BP either don't know or don't care.
Rob offered the Mongress seats to all, it was only mostly the Pirates that answered his call. The biggest winner in all of this is eUK.
Interesting fact:
One of the few non-Pirate players who did move over got placed one position too low to get elected.
The Pirate placed just above him got elected, collected his congress medal and gold, and has already quit congress.
Looks like Leo Balzak walked the plank and is now a Canadian!
He's just gone to set up the PCCP branch...
