Picture Contest Challenge - Uruguay vs Estonia
The purpose of this contest is to identify the best pictures from the two countries.

It will consist of two phases:
- Selecting the top 3 pictures from each country - this is the selecting article for Uruguay. I will proceed to voting on day 3388 at 10:00 eRep time after the list of pictures is finalized.
- Picture challenge! I will write an article with all the 6 pictures selected and ask everyone to vote. The country that will collect more votes for their pictures will be the winner. Be aware that I will not judge only the first picture but all three of them.

A prize of 500CC will be provided to the player that proposed the best picture selected.
