[SFP] They say they **** with you, I can't tell (Multi Controversy)

There is an ongoing controversy that there were multies used in the SFP Chairman election. I would like to gather all of the evidence and president it as a neutral party.

Multies?
We have the evidence that the votes swung 15 before the polls close and we saw a high turn out for party elections. My freind jimmy over at lose cannon has posted early election results and you can see in the last 20 minutes all this voting occurred.

Was it just last minute voting?
The SFP has a tendency to pull in last minute voting. On congressional elections most of our members vote later. This still does not explain the massive swing. Tom Cauchon seemed to have more actual support in the party. He was a former party president; he had 76 votes on his campaign article and Cerb only gained 26 votes; the donations to Tom were 14 and to Cerb only 9. The votes can easily be messed with by using bots, but the players that endorsed the articles are well known legit players.

It was an inside job?
It does appear that no new people moved into the party, but I would be interested in seeing a screenshot or some data that shows the number of people in the party dramatically changing.

USWP got 69 votes Turnout 57.5%
SFP got 80 votes Turnout 69.0%
WTP got 45 votes Turnout 48.9%
BSP got 48 votes Turnout 57.8%
AMP got 22 votes Turnout 41.5%
EZC got 14 votes Turnout 35.9%
AFA got 4 votes Turnout 21.0%

If it was an inside job where are these multis hiding? If it was someone from the outside what are their motivations?

An even greater conspiracy?
This action did not even benefit the SFP. Some of the leadership in the SFP was worried that he would move the forums to the eUSA, but by the time you had the 15 vote gain he actually told the RC that he was not going to do that. The question is that is their a wolf among us? or even a geater manacing threat. Tom Cauchon basically has damaged his political career all future races will be haunted by this race. It has given SFP rivals a reason to prop up the view that we are an elitist organization. This gives me a reason to think that someone from outside the SFP did this and blamed it on us. I have to admit that while this would be the best scenario; There is no evidence that a sleeper cell of bots run by the eUSA elites is in the SFP. I may have to come to grips that some of my fellow party members have subverted democracy, an institution I value heavily.

In defense of Tom Cauchon
If Tom resigns then he is admitting guilt, but if he doesn't resign people will see him as denying guilt. Tom is innocent until proven guilty. While this race is statistically rare, it is not impossible that it just so happened that the turnout was large and a swing of Tom Cauchon support occurred then. You do forget that statistical rarities will eventually occur. We need to realize that if this was bots then we may not know who really did it. It is haunting as a party and my trust in this organization is nearly shattered because of this.

In defense of Cerb
I had a distrust of Cerb when he joined the party saying everything is wrong and we are not what Civil Anarchy visioned. I honestly want to engage in revolution. I came to realize that if we want to accomplish our goals then it can't always be my way. Sometimes you need to play the game. If Cerb had nothing to do with this it must be tough, because he was always mistrusted by the party leadership. he thought he won the election, but now months of work and trying to integrate into the party seem like wasted time.
