This is the story about how I got the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. But to make it more interesting for you I added the list of people who got first the rank in their countries. Also in the end I put (with only one unknown) the top 10 global for both Chief Master Sergeant and Wing Commander.

I made a list with all the countries and who are the players that got first the rank. But the information is not fully accurate because I could easily scan only top 5 players in the ranking of each country. So it is possible that for a certain country I did not found the player the reach first the rank, but the second, or later. In such situation the player is marked with (2) or (3) etc. If you know who is the player that achieved the rank first, please let me know and I will update the article.
Other countries does not have yet the decoration awarded or the player that got it is not in first 5. For those countries I mentioned the maximum decoration that was awarded. If you know about a player with higher ranking in such countries, please let me know.

Somebody enlighten me with the great page of player rankings. Don't ask why I did not use it from the beginning!
I have only a small problem. For example the one that got the medal in Russia left the country and is not listed anymore there. So players help is still needed. And also that page lists the current rankings, while the one that got the blue decoration is not necessary the current top 1. So my article adds a little bit of value.

How I got the rank?
Well, all started with the introduction of new Sky Medal. I realized that you can get that only with a decent amount of food fights. So unless you spend a lot of EBs that would be impossible without the packs. Thus, with an important help from one of my friends, I've got the Blitz and Power Pack. Very soon after introducing the Air battles I realized that there will be a lot of people advancing fast in rank. So it was not enough to have enough energy but also to have a decent damage. So I needed to keep the pace as much as possible. Starting that moment I participated mostly in Air battles, which was not bad. The amount of energy to kill an enemy is between 2 to 4 hits. You usually obtain that in ground battle only with Q7 weapons, while in Air battles you don't need weapons.

Then when advancing to the Staff Sergeant rank I had the pleasant surprise to get my first decoration in Norway. Soon I got the second one (Aviator) and the third one (Flight Lieutenant) also in Norway. I was fortunate to be in a country where the people where not so active in Air battles. As I was moving for my Globe Trotter project I was thinking to synchronize the next rank (Squadron Leader) with a similar non active country. That was the case with UK and I got the 4th decoration. At that moment the packs where approaching to expire, so I made some calculations. I realized that with another month of packs I could get the 5th decoration.

Good thinking! I was not so desperate to search for low Air battles activity countries, from my calculations most of them did not have all the 10 Chief Master Sergeant decorations awarded. But I was extremely lucky to come to Switzerland (thanks to Stenka Razin and Clorofila).
Because here I was not only able to get the decoration, but also to be the first one in the country to get it.

I think my journey stops here. Getting another set of packs is not possible. On the first month I could collect the moneys for the second one, but now I am far away to get them for the third. And anyway the next decoration (Wing Commander) is far away even with the packs.
