Dear eUnited States of America
Blame My Doppelganger
Dear eUnited States of America,
I have two things I need to discuss/get off my chest. However, firstly allow me to preface this article by making my point of view abundantly clear. I do not care if you think this game is dying, nor do I care if it actually is. In fact, part of the rationale behind this message is to allow newer players such as myself to feel they have an avenue into achieving something and enjoying themselves. Maybe it will reinvigorate some of you older folks, too.
Basically, don't comment
Attitudes of Certain Players
As a new player, who for some reason has an incredible amount of interest in this game, it is disheartening to continuously be subjected to the sheer amount of whining some of the older players seem intent on sharing. If you really dislike your time here, you know where the door is. Stop being a sour egg and preventing the eUSA from thriving. The game has higher numbers than when I signed up two months ago, and while I'm not certain if this is a common cycle or a new positive trend, you're destroying any modicum of the eUSA growing and thriving. Please, stop.
eUSA Forums
What a cesspool. I'm aware I'm probably going to be criticized heavily for making this statement, but it's true. Again, as a new player with an eUSA forum account, I've made just two posts. One in the introduction thread, and another in Bewbs 4 Newbs. I never did get that food...
My point is, the forums are, in my opinion, one of the most unwelcoming and uninspiring boards I've ever seen online. Ever. It's not that I'm shy or afraid to get my points across, but I've yet to see one decent discussion that hasn't been derailed, and even then there are few of them to even be derailed.
I understand that this is a game and there has to be an element of fun, but at the same time, this IS a game about military, media, and politics. I feel as if to really give this community any longevity, something has to change.
It's not all doom and gloom, however. I have encountered a few people in this community thus far that seem to care, and want to preserve something, and potentially build on it. While I can't list everyone, I can certainly offer some thanks to particularly amazing individuals.
Jimmy Cincinnati was one of the first people to contact me when I signed up, and it wasn't just a mass message and that's it. I responded, and he gave me advice and direction.
EdgarFiagro is someone who frequently offers me an engaging thought, and is also my mentor. He's fair and respectful, and does his job well.
Aramec invited me into the Feds and made me feel at home immediately. He spent almost three days straight listening to my probably obnoxious questions, and still stayed cool and offered everything he could.
Hale Kane and I have had little to no direct communication. However, I see him regularly in my feed, always eager to offer a helping hand and seems to be a lynch-pin in retaining new players. He was certainly a factor for me.
Of course this is not everybody, but these are four key people in my mind at this moment in time. Thank you again, to all of the eUSA. I look forward to your comments.

EdgarFigaro was my mentor too, Doppel. He's an awesome guy.
Welcome! I still feel new myself even though I ended up quitting twice and decided to come back a third time back in November. Amazingly I gone from director of media last month to head director of media this month. Your opinion is appreciated. Need anything just PM me anytime.
HI you 🙂
oooh nice avatar 🙂
thank ya 🙂
Nothing to add, you said it all well 😃
eUSA Forums is a disgrace.
Please repost that comment as four paragraphs.
I know you can do it! We all have faith in you!
So am I...
Point?
The forums have always been unwelcoming and brutal. This is not a new thing or because of bitter old fags. Actually in some ways it's gotten more pleasant.
"Pleasant"
It's boring.
Getting active on the forum would be a good way to make it more active. If you think something should be discussed, open a thread. There's a lot of people on the forum and most of them are reasonable.
You're right. There is certainly a responsibility for myself and others who feel the same way to make steps to improving the community.
My advice was to start at the biggest party and shop until you find one you like. ; )
The only other party that says that is the biggest party.
She didn't have big boobs, back then. That's not my motive.
Boobs should be shared freely among everyone.
That is the socialist ideal!
good luck
Articles like this make me happy. There are some problems in eUS society, but many other countries have same problems as well. Also, that is one of the reason why many new players leave this game before their first HW medal.
I'm glad that there are some people who have responsiblity for the people who would feel the same way.
(;,,😉
Hang in there, most citizens of eUSA are decent people.
Shame there are so few docent people.
😉
No shout out?
smh tbh fam i'm your best erep steam friend
Maybe if you were faster on the BU2SU stuff...😉
i don't even run that anymore shut up q_q
hang in there. there are decent people in eUSA, not the eUSA Forums.

Thank you very much! 🙂
Voted. I feel you on eUSA forum bruh. Man, I still avoid it.
But, we're gonna get there. I feel it across parties right now. I'll save my rants though.
Nice article mate. Keep on writing 😁.
Nice article! Keep up the writing! I'll be looking forward to your next one!

It is precizely that meta game of eUS that shits at the face of about anyone that might want to be part of it. Only those with thicker skin survive there.
yep, voted.
agree absolutely with you...
but things hardly ever change... for people it is more easy to do some whining than to try do something or change something or give a new idea
Yay media from a new player!
Great writing keep it up!
Good stuff.
" If you really dislike your time here, you know where the door is. " Don't let the knob hit yer ass on the way out.
Sorry, had to finish the thought. 🙂
Forum always was a bit of a cesspool but it was a fun challenge if you wanted to make your mark in politics. Now it's just boring as hell, loaded with smug people that don't even play anymore and a ton of whiners.
I came back to the eUS to have some fun. Bah, no fun to be had that I see. Plenty of fun people elsewhere. My best wishes to you if you aim to make a go of it.
Bewbs?! Where?!
