It will be War?!

Day 2,886, 16:31 Published in Romania Romania by Raul Doru

In my previous two articles (here and here) I was telling you about an agreement between Serbia - Hungary - FYROM - Bulgaria. But even if it was officially recognized by FYROM and Serbia, the MPPs implied were yet to be propose.

Suddenly, Croatia seems determined to speed things ahead, so they are voting in favour (till now) of a NE law against Hungary.

They were followed, shortly, by Montenegro and (of course) Serbia, with NE laws against Croatia.

I think it's pretty clear that this two laws will pass only if Croatian NE will be voted.

In the same context, after the success of Mithranthir in gathering the necessary resources for an AS, I was a little bit surprised by Cyprus move (I was expecting them to get somehow involved in the hostilities):

(PS: I got it now, it's just another Mugurel from Cyprus... 😁

This being said, we'll have to wait for a couple more hours to see if we'll have some epic wars in eRepublik.

Now, let's pretend that this law will be approved by national Congresses and imagine how things could evolve in the battles to came (if any).
Reading other articles (I'll put the links below) one could see that Hungary, besides traditional allies, could be helped by FYROM (a lot of those players pledged their support), as a confirmation of the famous agreement (also remember that they have an MPP).
On the other hand, from the list of Croatia's MPPs, we can see that only the MPP with Indonesia is endangered by an attack on Hungary:

(Croatia on the left column, Hungary on the right):

Of course that there is no guarantee that all the states will get involved in the conflict accordingly to their MPPs, but still. Is hard to believe that Bulgaria, a member of the agreement with Serbia, Hungary and FYROM would fight against Croatia if Chile will be on the other side. There are also other countries, without MPPs with Hungary or Croatia and whom will fight (most probably) against their arch enemy (Romania) or for COs (USA or Russia).

This could be a hell of a fight. But let's not forgive about the NEs of Serbia and Montenegro against Croatia, nor the presence of Greece and Thailand in the vicinity of Hungarian borders. All this could change the tides of war. It would be possible for Croatia to advance in Hungary, but to loose it's core regions.

Further discussions could be initiated if, tomorrow, the NE laws will pass. And, who knows, new ones will appear. We'll see...

In the end, I want to recommend you some other articles about this situation.

1. Posing as eternal victim (as you already got used to), "Voice of eHungary" asks the help of its main allies, Serbia and Slovenia.

2. Serbian Presidency is accusing Croatia for breaking their NAP and urges its Congressmen to vote in favour of the NE law:

3. Ivan je Car 1950, who describe himself as being the current ambassador of Croatia in Spain, wrote a pretty complicated article (at least for me), in which he seems to be asking Spain and other Asteria's enemies support for the campaign against Hungary:

I'll add more articles as soon as I'll find them. Stay informed and fight hard!

LE: It seems that we won't have that war. At least not now... Too bad, it would have been fun.

I expect now Serbia and Montenegro to also reject their NEs against Croatia...

CASE CLOSED!
