Hello Norway,

Its time for me to inform you about our congress elections that took place. I had mentioned in the previous article that we did pretty good for congress elections. We had 3 regions from which we could have applied, those being Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Ostlandet and Sorlandet. With 10 seats per regions and us holding 3 cores this means we had enough for a 30 seat congress. Not all seats where filled, tallying up the total members who applied there are 27 total, leaving 3 seats empty.

Teknokratene 23 votes 37.10%

Members: Indigodavo95, ivan Europe, Kilorien, zanman8, Freke, hans erik, grabarzstg, abcded, Mimkata6666, DronningSirikit, Vileskont

This party had a slight change from last term when 9 congress members where elected, now an extra two decided to join in. Overall TeK was in great shape when they came into these congress elections. Represent your party well guys!

Norwegian Green Party 18 votes 20.03%

Members: Red Beard the Scotsman, Benevolent Dictator for Life, Gustavus Adolphus Magnus, Joshua Morriseau, Georgij Zjukov, BloodTrail, NemeZis, Beardcore

No major changes in NGP, the vote was down one from last term’s elections but the amount of congress members who applied remained the same. There are some newer players who are taking a shot at learning the role, welcome to the club!

TP the Party 11 votes 17.74%

Members: efjeldse, Sky 33, Delirium90

TP went down by 6 votes from the last election and lost 3 representatives that they had last time. Only new candidate who applied on the list this term is Sky 33. Welcome on board! Glad to see you applied!

Norwegian Economic Cooperative 6 votes 9.68%

Members: Kaname Darkwind, Che Kukaken, Endymionis

No major changes in this party either, Yes they went down by 4 votes from last term, but there congressman list remains almost unchanged. Two represented NEC during the February term with Endymionis being the new player who joined this term. Welcome to the congress team!

Free Liberty 4 votes 6.45%

Members: Akashaton, IngCognito

Minimal changes, Akashaton is running for congress another term within his party. Free Liberty has one extra congressman running this term, IngCognito, welcome and I hope you learn lots this upcoming congress term!

Some simple Tips for New Congressman

Being in Congress is a lot of responsibility, You now have the ability to make law proposals and give our citizenship passes. It’s also up to you to make sure to vote on law proposals to keep the country functioning. I can’t stress enough for the April term that you remain active and do your duty to help out eNorway! We need you and your input! Keep tabs on the Government thread and take a look at what’s going on and offer up your own suggestions, discussion is critical for a healthy community. When in doubt, ask! Don’t be afraid we don’t bite!
