Salut tout l'monde!


Tout d'abord un grand merci à tous ceux qui m'ont encouragé lors de mon annonce précédente, ça fait vraiment plaisir, bien que ça me mette aussi la pression pour vous fournir quelque chose de qualité. J'avais pas imaginé devoir publier si tôt, mais le fait est que la situation s'y prête, donc tant pis pour les répétitions, je me jette à l'eau et...


Donc voilà c'est mon premier article officiel, donc soyez pas trop méchants au niveau des commentaires! 😉

Au programme aujourd'hui, une petite présentation de l'Allemark, puis quelques éléments sur le paysage diplomatique, avant de s'intéresser dans un troisième temps à l'actualité militaire du pays. Alors oui ça risque d'être un peu long (CLBDFDTC), mais bon c'est toujours comme ça la première fois, ça fait un peu mal, mais après on apprécie et on (m')en redemande!! 😉

L'Allemagne ce sont 1535 joueurs actifs ayant cette CS (contre 2361 ayant la CS française), 13 régions à la base avec deux bonus food et deux bonus weapons (soit un bonus food de moins que nous) et un pays qui pointe actuellement au 31è rang mondial (et oui c'est pas le tableau des médailles aux jeux olympiques ici... 😛), ce qui en fait tout comme nous un pays modeste de l'eMonde.



Ensuite l'Allemagne c'est surtout l'Allemark. En effet, beaucoup d'entre vous le savent sûrement, mais l'Allemagne et le Danemark se sont unis pour former l'Allemark il y a un peu plus de deux ans maintenant. Un fait de jeu totalement remarquable selon moi, vu qu'il montre à quel point les frontières dans l'immonde sont dérisoires. Bien entendu la pérennité de cette union passe par des efforts au quotidien, comme par exemple le bilinguisme pour toutes les propositions de loi ou autres documents officiels. Bon d'accord en Allemand et en Anglais, mais bon on est pas prêt de voir ça arriver chez nous, surtout pour 183 joueurs (oui oui ce sont les danois). Pour la petite histoire, l'union s'est forgée autour des points suivants : éviter un TO aux Danois en les rasant, permettre à l'Allemagne de récupérer un bonus food de plus (Et oui y a des vaches au Danemark!!!). Je passerai au niveau des taxes échangées et des accords pour libérer telle ou telle région selon les situations, mais bon, vous l'aurez compris ça marche bien là bas.



Enfin l'Allemark, c'est un pays avec qui on a partagé / partage un point commun, l'oppresseur polonais. En effet si le Poitou-Charentes est la fin de la fameuse "double route" des polonais, la Bavière en est la première borne. Le problème n'a certes pas été abordé de la même façon de chaque côté de l'eRhin, mais le fait est que nos deux pays subissent en général une longue occupation des polonais et qu'ils doivent faire face aux problèmes liés à l'ennui ou ce goût amer de ne pas pouvoir se libérer et d'être la victime de la Pologne.










Comme je le laissais entendre à l'instant, la réaction face à l'occupation polonaise n'a pas été la même en eAllemark qu'en eFrance, étant donné que les eAllemarkiens ont choisi de signer un traité avec l'ePologne pour leur garantir quelques régions de libre au prix de celles qui constituent le début de la route menant à notre caoutchouc. Si pour nous ce genre de traités a toujours fini par échouer par le passé, du côté des allemarkiens (qui sont peut être plus sages ou moins rebelles que nous) ça s'est établit sur la durée, du moins jusqu'à maintenant, ce qui fait que leur relation avec les polonais sont "moins pires" que les nôtres. Cependant, en faisant un tour rapide de l'avis de la population, on se rend compte que les polonais sont pas particulièrement appréciés.


Tout comme pour la plupart des pays, la chute de TWO a placé l'Allemagne dans situation diplomatique assez floue. Il était plutôt clair que les deux blocs qui allaient émerger n'avaient rien de concret à proposer qui pourrait apporter quelque chose aux allemands, qui de toute façon se retrouveraient non pas entre la pierre et la plume, mais bien entre le marteau et l'enclume (qui des deux puissances fait le Marteau et qui l'Enclume c'est à vous de voir). Et c'est donc logiquement que le pays s'est mis à la recherche d'une troisième solution, comme le CP EternalWalk l'avait mentionné dans son programme. En effet, comme les commentaires de la population à ce sujet le sous-entendent, les relations avec la Pologne étaient pas si horribles que ça, mais à quoi bon rejoindre une alliance dans laquelle un membre fondateur veut vous délester d'une partie du pays? Ainsi on aurait pu croire que rejoindre l'alliance fondée par la Serbie et la Slovénie serait une chose logique, mais non plus, car le peu de contacts avec les serbes donnait surtout l'impression que cette alliance les aiderait à se battre contre la Pologne, mais n'aurait que faire de leur sort en soi. Bien sûr l'avis n'est pas partagé par 100% de la population, il y a toujours des récalcitrants (on en connaît quelque chose), mais la grande majorité de la population est d'accord avec cette idée, l'Allemark ne rejoindrait ni Asteria, ni Sirius.



C'est pourquoi l'Allemark patiente pour le moment que la troisième nouvelle alliance soit fondée. Comme le dernier JO allemand le sous-entend, cette alliance devrait en fait voir le jour incessamment sous peu, des pourparlers auxquels l'eAllemark était présente ayant eux lieu il y a peu entre l'eMacédoine, l'eChili, l'eRussie, l'eBulgarie, l'eIndonésie, l'eIrland et l'eParaguay. Le hic dans l'histoire, c'est que cette troisième alliance, bien qu'indépendante, devrait dans un premier temps plutôt avoir tendance à aider Sirius.


Malgré ça, bien qu'il n'y ait rien d'officiel, les Allemands nous considèrent jusqu'à maintenant comme de vieux amis et n'ont pas d'intentions belligérantes à notre égard. Il n'y a à priori rien qui devrait changer les mentalités, mais bon le futur proche et le mouvement des différentes alliances devraient malheureusement nous amener à quelque fois se retrouver dans deux camps opposés. Est-ce qu'il faut pour cela se considérer comme ennemis...










Vous l'aurez sans doute constaté il se passe pas mal de choses plus ou moins chaotiques en ce moment en Europe (malheureusement aussi IRL, mais bon ça c'est pas à moi d'en parler), ce qui fait que nous avons aujourd'hui pu libérer toutes nos régions sous occupation polonaise. Loin de moi l'idée (et surtout l'envie) de remémorer comment on en est arrivé là, mais bon tout est plus ou moins parti d'une attaque roumaine qui s'est appuyée sur le déclenchement de plusieurs RW un peu partout dans l'empire polonais. Les bonus de détermination aidant, les pays en ont profité pour se libérer et vu qu'ils étaient lancé, pourquoi pas continuer... Sentiment de révolte qui a permis à l'eAllemagne de recouvrer son territoire originel.


Cependant, si nous on peut un peu souffler maintenant, en eAllemagne ça a été un peu différent à cause d'une attaque (perdue qui plus est) contre la Slovénie qui occupait la région suisse du Deutschschweiz. Je dois vous avouer que le pourquoi de cette attaque ne m'est pas connu, que le CP allemand affirme que c'était prévu avec les polonais, mais bon à la base (avant que tout le monde se libère) les allemands devaient seulement libérer la Baden-Württemberg pour attaquer la Slovénie et avoir de quoi tuer l'ennui. Sauf qu'on connait le vent de révolte qui a soufflé ensuite, qui a fait que la Bavière a été aussi libérée et que du coup toutes les régions libérées étaient connectées et sous la menace slovène. C'est d'ailleurs la Bavière que les Slovènes ont décidés d'attaquer mais ce fut une défaite. Et oui on est pas en période de wies'n (ni de Starkbierfest d'ailleurs) donc on est attentif en Bavière! De plus on est fier en Bavière, donc non contents d'avoir sauver leurs terres, ils sont partis conquérir la Deutschschweiz qui avait refusé de plier auparavant.



Oui mais voilà, entre temps un élément perturbateur est arrivé, j'ai nommé l'eIran. Et oui, au culot, pendant que les Allemands se rendaient en Suisse, les Iraniens sont atterris en mode Air Strike sur la République Tchèque. Et ce fut un succès! Non contents de ça ils ont donc décidé d'attaquer les Allemands en Bavière (les Bavarois stationnant en Deutschschweiz) et ont aussi conquis la région. Les Allemarkiens ayant perdu aussi la Deutschschweiz entre temps, la situation promet d'être mouvementée pour les prochains jours. Mais le président Allemarkien relativise et voit ça d'un bon oeil, dans le sens où ça leur permet d'avoir un peu d'action, ce qui leur manquait depuis un moment et qui pesait sur toute la communauté.

Info de dernière minute : la Pologne est entrée dans la danse et a maintenant conquis la Saxe et la Thuringe, avant de maintenant s'attaquer à la Basse-Saxe. Les Slovènes tentent à l'heure actuelle de conquérir la Baden-Württemberg alors qu'on nous rapporte des émeutes en Bavière contre l'occupant iranien.



Bon voilà, je finis là dessus. Promis la prochaine fois il y aura pas tant d'infos d'un coup, ça devrait être moins long (promesse politicienne spotted!). Allez vous pouvez vous servir en Ferrero Rocher! 😉

First of all, a big thank you to all of those who gave me some support for my previous announcement, i really appreciate, although it puts a bit pressure on me to offer you something of good quality. I hadn't thought that I'll publish that early, but the situation lends itself to it, so forget about rehearsals, I'm taking the plunge and...


So that will be my first official article, so don't hit me to hard on the comments! 😉

Today's issues will be a little presentation of Germark, then some elements about the diplomatic panorama, before we deal the military news of the country in a third step. So, yes, it might be a bit long (CLBDFDTC, eFrench Acronym, I can't translate, so ask any eFrench guy to explain you), but it's always this way the first time, it hurts a bit, but then you enjoy it and you ask (me) for more!! 😉

So now, happy reading!











Germany has 1535 active citizen with this CD (as opposed to 2631 having the French CS), 13 core regions with two food bonus and two weapon bonus (that is one less than us) and a country ranking 31st in the world (yep, it's no medal count at the Olympics here... 😛), which make it a modest country of the eWorld like us.



Then, Germany is above all Germark. Indeed, many of you might already know it, but Germany and Denmark united to form, a little bit more than two years ago now. A remarkable game fact in my opinion, as it shows how derisory the borders in this eWorld are. Of course, the durability of this union relies on daily efforts, like for instance bilingualism for all law proposals or official documents. Ok, ok, it's German and English, but it's not like we're about to see something like that happen to us, especially for 183 players (yes, those are the Danes). For a little story, the union has been founded around the following points: avoid TO for the Danes by wiping, allow Germany for getting an extra food bonus (Yes there are cows in Denmark!!!). I'll pass on the taxes exchanged or agreement to free this or that region depending on the situation, but, I think you got it, they're rocking out there!



Finally, Germark is a country with which we have shared / share a common point, the Polish oppressor. Indeed, if Poitou-Charentes is the end of the famous Polish "double road", Bavaria would be its first milestone. Admittedly, the problem hasn't been dealt with the same way on each side of the Rhine, but the point is that our both countries generally suffer long times of Polish occupation and have to face troubles linked to boredom or this bitter taste of not being able to free up and being Poland's victim.










As I was implying just above, the reaction faced with the Polish occupation hasn't been the same in eGermark as in eFrance, as the eGermarkians chose to sign a treaty with ePoland to guarantee some free regions at the cost of those who constitute the beginning of the road leading to our rubber. While this kind of treaties has always failed for us in the past, on the Germarkian side (who may be better-behaved or less rebellious than we are) it has settled durably, at least until now, which makes their relationship with the Polish "less worse" than ours. However, with a short examination of the population's opinion, one notices that the Polish are not really appreciated.


As for most of the countries, the end of TWO has put Germany in a quite blurred diplomatic position. It was rather clear that the two emerging blocks wouldn't have anything concrete to offer, which would bring something to the Germans, who would anyway end up between a rock and a hard place (or as we say in French between the hammer and the anvil, up to you to choose which power is the hammer or the rock and which one is the anvil or the hard place). So the country logically started looking for a third solution, as the CP EternalWalk had mentioned in his programm. Indeed, as the comments of the population about this topic suggest, the relations with Poland were not that horrible, but what's the point of joining an alliance in which one of the founding member want to relieve your of a part of the country? Hence, we could have thought that joining the alliance founded by Serbia and Slovenia would have been logical, but nope, because the few contacts with the Serbians mainly gave the impression that this alliance would help them fighting Poland, but wouldn't care about their fate per se. Of course, this opinion is not shared by 100% of the population, there always are recalcitrants (we know about that), but the vast majority agrees with this idea, Germark would join neither Asteria nor Sirius.



That's the reason why for now Germark waits for the third alliance to be founded. As the last German Official Journal implies, this alliance shall see the light in next to no time, talks which eGermark attended having taken place a short time ago with eMacedonia, eChile, eRussia, eBulgaria, eIndonesia, eIreland and eParaguay. The snag is that this third alliance, although independant, should at first rather tend to help Sirius.


Despite this, even though there is nothing official, Germans still consider us as old friends until now and do not have any belligerent intents towards us. There is a priori nothing which should change the minds, but the near future and the moves of the different alliances should unfortunately lead us to find ourselves in two opposed sides. Should we thus consider ourselves as ennemies...












You might have noticed it, quite a few more or less chaotic things are going on in Europe (also IRL, but I'm not the right person to speak about that), which allowed us for liberating all our regions under Polish occupation. Perish the thought about me recalling how things have come to the present situation, but everything more or less started with a Romanian attack relying on the onset of several RWs pretty much everywhere in the Polish empire. The determination bonus helping, countries have taken advantage of it to free themselves and once started, why not build on the momentum... Feelings of rebellion who allowed eGermark to regain its original territory.


However, while we can take a little breathe now, it's been a bit different in eGermany because of an attack (lost, moreover) against Slovenia which was occupying the Swiss region Deutschschweiz. I must admit that I 'm not aware of the WHY of this attack, that the German CP say that it was planed with the Polish, but anyway at the beginning (before everybody got free) Germans should only liberate Baden-Württemberg to attack Slovenia and kill the boredom. Except that we know about the rebellion winds which have blown then, which also made Bavaria setting free and therefore all free regions connected and under Slovenia's threat. It is by the way Bavaria which was chosen as target by the Slovenians, but resulting in a loss. Yeah, we're not in the wies'n time (nor in the Starkbierfest time by the way) so people are paying attention in Bavaria! Furthermore people are proud in Bavaria, so not content with saving their land, they went to conquer Deutschschweiz which refused to yield before.

So ok, but meanwhile a troublemaker has appeared : eIran. Yep, what a cheek, while Germans were going to Switzerland, Iranians landed, Air Strike mode, in Czech Republic. And succeeded! Not satisfied with that, they then decided to attack the Germans in Bavaria (the Bavarians being stationed in Deutschschweiz) and have conquered the region. The Germarkians having lost Deutschschweiz in the meantime, so the situation promises to be hectic for the coming days. But the Germarkian president puts things in perspective and looks favourably to it, in that it provides them a bit action, which they've been missing for a long time and weighing the community down.

Last minute info: Poland has joined the party and has now conquered Saxony and Thuringia, before attacking Lower Saxony now. The Slovenians try to conquer Baden-Württemberg right now while riots against the Iranian occupier are reported in Bavaria.



So that's it, I close with that. I promise, next time there won't be that much info at once, that should be shorter (political promise spotted!). So now go ahead, help yourself with some Ferrero Rochers! 😉
