[CrOmega] Our methods and a step forward

Hello eIreland.
As you probably know a new tournament just started. CrOmegaLand’s Minister of Education published an article with all the informations about this tournament and we’re announcing our intention to fight strong and win some prizes for our members. This article isn’t just advertising an article made by Jurica Juki...I was reading Seanan’s and Bhane’s thoughts and ideas on spending the money and how to spend it. So, I thought why not writing an article and explain how CrOmega does it. I think it’s very good way of organisation. But that’s not going to be the only topic I’ll write about.

ECONOMIC ORGANISATION

So how does CrOmega really works?
We’re closed system, every member of CrOmega has the choice if he’s going to contribute to his MU or not, we’re based on volounteering of our members. CrOmega is like the modern socialism. Of course, I’m talking about the game. We work as group, not individuals, a group with a goal to improve our individuals, sounds complicated?

So, some CrOmega members are working in the companies, other are donating what they can and there are those who can’t contribute financionally or by working in our communes. Stronger are helping weaker here. So I have 15 CrOmega workers who don’t get paid, they are “donating” their work. Then, I use their work and produce tanks, then I sell those tanks to buy RAW material for production tommorow. I have some RAW companies so I don’t have to spend all my money to buy RAW. The rest of the money stays on my account. Once I reach 35 golds I buy Rubber company (Yes, I know Aluminium is more profitable, but I don’t want to use all my health working in companies). I repeat this circle few times and build myself several Rubber factories. Then, after some time of investing money in companies we help our younger members by donating them golds to upgrade their Training Grounds. I have daily profit of ~5 golds. I can buy Rubber company once a week. Sounds good? It’s great. No-one doesn’t feel “less” money on account and future of our MU looks bright, same as Training grounds of our younger members.

Can we implement this on a MU as Irish Army? I doubt that. Not many people will decide to donate so much as our members are donating, not many members would dedicate almost all their profit into the MU. Some would, but many wouldn’t.

What can we do to make Irish Army more effective? Well, my advise would be to separate Irish Army members in those who would like to accept on system like I mentioned and those who’d rather stay in system like IA is. Both are fine. Everyone have different choices. I’m saying that Ireland needs two National MU’s:

1. Irish Army
2. Irish Civil Army

Irish Army would be active on IRC, active in battles, it would be the MU to represent eIreland, to turn walls and to use the system CrOmega has. But with State help, that MU would also be able to supply all its members.

Irish Civil Army would be the MU as IA is now. Their members would be able to work in communes and recieve weapons, they don’t have to be active on IRC, they don’t have to “feel” that part of this game. They would just have DO set up by Goverment priorities.



ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CHANGES

Alright so, I was thinking how to improve CrOmega effectiveness. It always can be better. CrOmega started as Division 1-2 Military Unit. Our plan was to become strongest D3 MU in the World. Some of us (including me) hurried up in higher Divisions, but there’s still many of those who don’t really fight. Since some members hurried up in higher Divisions we started to recruit other people from higher Division too. In a few days, we had like 5 or 6 D4 guys. We never prepared for that, but that should be changed now.

From now on we’ll separate in “lower” and “higher” Divisions. Each group will have different rules and instructions.

Divisions 1 and 2:

-No fighting. We will encourage lower divisions to hold fire, concentrate only on training.
-Requirement stays to be on IRC channel. We believe that’s crucial to have a nice, friendly group of people
-Get active as ambassadors or economists. Since they don’t fight, we need to provide them with some fun. We’ll teach them how to make money and encourage them to apply for ambassador places in their countries.
-Don’t work in companies. They should work for a normal wage.
-Mentorship. Each new player who needs help will recieve his special mentor who will teach him important things and how to build a strong account.

Division 3:

-Fighting only in important battles and coordinated strikes. Being D3 is big resposibility. You can turn the wall alone if you’re up for it. But you can also hold fire, keep training only and turn some other battle before you leave D3 and replace it for D4. We’ll enourage our D3 soldiers to fight only in important battles and only if we have coordinated strike. We’re family, we’re fighting together.
-Supplies on coordinated strikes. 3rd Division will recieve supplies for really important strikes and battles.
-They can work in the companies. If our members follow instructions recieved while they are D1-2 they will have enough money in D3 to be able to work in our communes and help those younger members.

Division 4:

-Supplies every day after filling the form. Every day D4 soldiers will be able to recieve weapons, how much? Depends how much they will fight. Maximum amount will be 20 weapons, minimum will be 10. It depends on them.
-Working in the commune is requirement. In order to recieve you have to give something. Since they will be able to recieve weapons every day D4 soldiers will be obligated to work in our communes.
-Coordinated strikes twice per day. CrOmega HQ will try to organise coordinated strikes for our members at least twice per day.



REGRUTATION

In order to implement this changes we’ll need more than 10 soldiers we currently have in D4 and more then 7-8 we have in D3. That’s the reason we’re starting the recruitment. We will publish an article in several countries, including Ireland, Croatia, USA, Bulgaria and Chile. Why those countries? I don’t know. I like them.



NEW COMMANDER

I’d like to announce that CrOmega has new Commander, it’s Borgovich! He’s our long time members, always dedicated to his group and friends. He’s active and capable enough to lead CrOmega with my help and help from few other active members. New 2nd Commander is STRlBOR. We’re hoping to give expirience to this young lions and make them capable of running things once some of us older players decides it’s time for 2-click (again).
