As promised, I'll announce my court. All these Belgians deserve to be part of it and there are still spots open for in case you want one. The Court will be updated in couple of days also, as there are some people that are still in procedure for HoF.

Yeah, you'd expect that a king distributes his kingdom to people he hates, that just piss him off or that he doesn't trust to rule the kingdom how he wants it to be run (?)

The title emphasized that the King ruled over "the Dutch and Belgium people", the nation, and not over the United Netherlands, the republic. The old formula "king of the United Netherlands" indicated that the king owned the Netherlands and Belgium as a personal possession. The new term indicates a constitutional monarchy.
