They say strength is really important in eRep. Whenever it is discussed common advice given especially to new players is "upgrade your training facilities". But often this is not possible because these upgrades are mighty expensive, and it seems you will have to save up for a mighty long time for them.
eSA needs the damage now, why not train at adequate capacity while you pay off your Weights Room? Ideally the Reserve Bank of eSouth Africa can start issuing loans to players to enable them to upgrade their facilities.
BUT, are they viable? Can they be paid off?
For the average newbie on a Q2 Weight Room, a Q3 Weight Room upgrade costs 50 Gold or 10,870 ZAR (1 Gold = 217.4 ZAR Exch. Rate)
This is quite an amount of chedda. Can your average newbie pay this off?
Similarly company upgrades are expensive too . . . .
If this were to be done, some of the ideas i have to help players pay off these massive loans would be to have damage/kill/whatever tournaments where winners get credits that enable them to lower the monies owed.
These credits could be earned by a variety of ways too, completing a number of Daily Orders, article writing participation (publish a number of articles in a certain timeframe e.g. an article every three or four days of no less than 300 words), foreign missions (go out there and be an ambassador kid), etc.
There are a lot of things that can both encourage activity and help move eSA forward.
Let's do this!!!

Nice one mate
I do like, but i am going to spend some thought on this before jumping in on the discussion.
Or you can do it the hard way like I did, took out an 85K Zar loan they used some formula and add some interest, goes up to 101K, you pay it of slowly but surely a year later and I have only 15K Zar remaining to pay, its not as bad as you think and once i'm done i'll be so much better of.
