Thoughts about the new achievment
After the admins announced what the new achievment is going to be, I noticed a massive discontet among the citizens of ex CoT countries and among those which countries are occupied for a long time now and can't liberate themselves.
"The rich will get richer, the poor - poorer." That is the most spread opinion about the new achievment. And here it comes - are the administrators too stupid or that's actually a smart move? I am going to share with you my viewpoint.
Yes, the first normal thing for the players from the soonly defeated alliance is to be dissapointed because Plato is not making it any easier for them. That's true but not really. I see it in another perspective - That's how it's going to start but I think this will set the ball rolling for a new strong alliance or even 2, equally powered to TWO, as soon as possible. We have already seen indications for instability on the winner's side, but what's going to happen... we will understand really soon because every day without a new alliance on the horizon, will make it harder and harder for ex CoT members.
CONCLUSION:
Administrators have given the power to the diplomats. Diplomacy. Is it a fair chance for CoT?
Lets have a discussion down in the comments

Pole!
There is actually 50$ profit from the RH achievment 😃
Oh my goodness, that's a great amount of money! I can retire when I get one medal! 😃 😃 😃
I do not think they are so stupid. Eventually things will rotate and adjust them to get something like "balance"
This is my personal opinion of course.

what kind of balance you are talking MDFKing??
balance because of stupid medals? No, no, tax payments would be reason for longer occupation.
My thought is that this will warped things that will kill two in some way to be able to continue the game. Everything went horribly boring. I have no idea does someone buy gold, I personally have stopped for a while, at least until he saw the sense to do it again.
I told you, check the map 6 days later
i must say that your presumption is becoming true..but Im not sure how long it would lasts, anyway that was nice logic from you,o/
This is bullshit.
I'm pretty sure that in 10 days after they introduce the new medal most of the regions of the ex COT countries will be liberated.
I bet Empi's account on that! : D
We haven't seen balance in this e-world for what? over 6 months at least. More and more players are leaving the game, it is dying.

I can't see how this can become balanced as long as TWO is united. It just can become worse.
The problem of occupied countries is that they must invest quite much resources to make a RW successful. If it fails, they have to wait (which let the occupying country free to do something else or even rest) and invest again at least the same amount of resources. So after some time, the difference in resources can just grow, except if the occupying is attacked from somewhere else and must invest much in other battles.
When you think that a wiped country cannot really generate resources, how could it gain freedom in such conditions?
I'd say Plato is actually giving power to wandering fighters who will try to make sure every Resistance succeeds in order to gain their medals. It will not free a country by itself, since an occupier can simply declare Natural Enemy again... but it will definitely bring a greater fighting force on behalf of the occupied than has existed up until now. Rather than only fighting where they think they can nab a Battle Hero medal, these fighters who owe more allegiance to gold (medals) than to country or currency will from here on fight much harder for the occupied than for the occupiers. Or that's the idea... We shall see how it goes!~
