[DoE] eUS Ambassador Program

Day 2,139, 14:40 Published in USA USA by Department of Citizen Affairs

This article, by staff writer Alexandrer Coin, intends to explain the importance of being an ambassador and how to become one.

Hello, eAmerica!

Today we're going to talk about being an ambassador for the eUS and what the Department of Ambassadorial Affairs is all about. The ambassador program is run by the eUS Department of State and is in the good hands of WildOwl, the program's director.

The department provides ample opportunity for both new and old players to gain valuable political experience. Ambassadors serve as links between two countries, keeping up friendly diplomatic relations with one another. The eUS currently assigns ambassadors to neighboring allies as well as foreign enemies. Ambassadors must hold a balance of trust and respect, even if they're assigned to an enemy country.

The Department of Ambassadorial Affairs is great for new players who have just begun their journey into the world of politics. Director WildOwl summed it up by saying, "Interacting with newer players, teaching them the ropes in Foreign Affairs... it's extremely rewarding. I started as an ambassador, too, so I can sympathize with new players who take this route." WildOwl added, "The returns on the hard work you put in any governmental job for this nation are huge."

As an ambassador you could be either young or old--it doesn't matter--as long as you have fun in what you do. As you gain experience for the future, you'll do great in the long run! Being a link to other countries for the eUS (or any other country) can be extremely tempting for new players as they look for jobs early on to gain political experience. For those interested in becoming an ambassador, we would like to encourage you to apply today!
