Hi Fellow Filipino Citizen I Prince Mark formerly known as Mark Gio,I have resigned in my position as Philippine Congress Member and as Philippine Ambassador To China.!
First and Foremost,I have resigned in my government position cause the Higher Government Officials is treating me Like an animal not a Human here in this game..!I am always following their commands but when I proposed laws they will Opposed it immediately.Here in ePhilippines we are able to create an offsite Laws,that's why we have a Monarchy.I proposed that each Congress Member should have a budget of PHP 500 per term.Again they opposed it again and again.! Cause they said that I am Bringing Pork here in The New World,but I will not bring Pork here in ePhilippines I will just want to have a Congressional Budget,Like In USA the Congress will decide if they will give a Budget to any officials even the President should ask a Money to the Congress and also the Congress Speaker and Deputy Speaker can only have the Access to the The Organization that they are currently using.! But here in ePhilippines only our President and other Higher Officials have an Access to our Government Organization.
In Real if the President want to get a money from the treasury He should Informed the Congress and the Congress will decide if they will give.We are doing it here in The New World by terms of Donating Money But the other one is to give money from an Organization to eCitizen is another issue cause that Money is From the People,The Tax of the People.! Sorry To say but I am Opposing the Current Administration cause they are Opposing me too.! And in our Conversation, via Telegram I have stated that the Expenses of our Country should be shown to public But Al Raposas and Boy Pick Up opposed it again and again,So that I Think do they have something to Hide to Filipino People?
And By The Way I will Leave this Country and Will go to Other Country,And when My Life there is Stable and I have Plan for My REVENGE I will go back here.! NO ONE CAN STOP ME,ONLY FILIPINOS CAN DO THAT I WILL STOP MY PLANS IF,THAT TWO GREEDY OFFICIALS WILL BE TAKE OUT TO THEIR POSITION.! SORRY FILIPINOS.!

I do agree with you that when the President needs money from the treasury he should present the idea of spending it, but I do not agree that every congress member should have access to the organisations because they could be exploited by someone.

Yes, the president has access to the organizations but note that the organization can only have money through the donate proposal which can only be done by congress (which is why we don't have money to spend when we don't have congress)
This is also one of the main reasons why your 500 PHP Congressional Budget suggestion was not accepted, because we lack money.
On your other suggestions, the government has explained very well why their stance is like that.
On the financial report, I'm sure that Al Raposas and MoF Liana Paldrov is keeping one, maybe they don't want to show it to you yet, but I'm sure they'll show it at the right time to the whole nation.
I don't think they are treating you as animals, they may have insulted you a few times, but you should look from their point of view too. They are very stressed already.
Let us remember that Al Raposas have won the elections fair and square, which means that most citizens trust him, so let us also put our trust in him

Why didn't you post it on the forums for discussion. Or even on our Facebook group? And besides, most approved proposals were discussed on, weeks ago. We just had to wait until we could have a congress.
When you want your proposal approved, you have to talk about it first with all interested parties. Make sure to win support. That's what congress is about. Lobbying, legwork (PM-ing), etc... I didn't even know that you wanted a budget for each congress member.
You give up too easily. Not barely a few days after elections, and you resign from congress? You could have discussed it more with other congress members and then proposed it again... *tsk tsk tsk* Your just trying to poke the hornet's nest here. Well... Whatever floats your boat..

I can see your point.. But, as I said please try to pm other members about your issue. One person saying something does not mean that we are all of the same opinion. We might have come to a decision where all parties agree. If you want something done it's a long process. Good thing it's not as long as in RL.
As I said, make a discussion first. If not in the forums, then at least in our FB group.. We can even have a Poll first before officially submitting proposals.. I know it's a hassle, but that's politics..
By winning a seat in congress, you get 5 gold. That's effectively free gold. That's roughly equivalent to 1000 PHP. Spend half of that on the nation and keep the other half.

Exactly. The congress member is human. He is as greedy and as trustworthy as any individual. Which means giving them money without proper accountability measures could only mean disaster.
A budget for each congressman is nonsense. What will you do with the lump sum of money? Spend it for food and distribute it to the people? We have a department for that, and we don't need any middlemen to do that work. Whatever your reasons are, "a congressman's budget" is a nonsense.

Who do you think is greedy? We don't even have the money to buy weapons for the people here in MoD. The Philippines aren't rich we don't even have any islands. Just read and understand the situation we are in right now.
A Budget for each Congressman have a sense you know why? First,They will help people by giving them a Foods and Weapons,Yes we have a Department for that "BUT" Do they work fast? As you can see now in our situation,Many Congress Members are online that the Cabinet Members and when the citizen knows that There is one Congressman online, He will ask a Weapon or a Food if he/she needed it.Cause you know sometimes,our Supply is Delay,Like now the MoD had tell us to fill up the forms to receive weapons,but what happened? No weapons at all,And the Congress Member and The President have a 1 month term only cause he didn't sure if they will win in the next elections,So I think that we need to supply are Fellow Citizens immediately so if other Country Attacks us Surprisingly we are ready and prepared.!
I don't think you get it. There will be no check and balance the moment the money goes directly to the congress member. Frankly, you haven't gained enough of my personal trust for a 500 PHP PDAF. You're not even currently part of a political party!
Convenience is all and good, but it has to be balanced with proper accountability mechanisms.
If you can't understand the concept of check and balance and public trust, then don't think you're qualified to tell who the greedy ones are.

What you proposed the 500 PHP lump sum for is for faster distribution of supplies. Faster == Priority, Supplies == Development Assistance. So no matter how you look at it, it is functionally a PDAF.
No one can steal the money? Ha! If I were a malicious Congressman, you can all shame me because I didn't return the money but you can't force me to send it back to the treasury. The money is still in my wallet and I think you would agree that that is still stealing.

You are relatively new Prince Mark. Most of us are here are playing the game for two to four years now. You basically don't know how to play the game. You don't even know the history of ePhilippines.
Your intentions may be good, and your proposal may sound as an easy fix for most of the problems here, but it isn't.
In your plan, every congressman has a budget of 500 PHP. How about if that congressman was only in Congress because he only wanted to have the 5 Gold? He doesn't care about the Philippine Politics. Will you still give the budget to him?
If we will add a 500 PHP budget per congressman, the Congress elections in the Philippines will be a target for future MORE (AGAIN... MORE... MORE) PTOers/medal grabbers. They may try to get our trust at first. But in the end, the only thing they wanted is the money.
And if the Congress Member didn't use the Budget He/She will return it back to the Organization that we are currently using,and to make sure they will tally all the expenses.So that no money will be wasted from our Treasury.!

Also, you can't donate to an org so the congress members wouldn't be able to return the excess to the org
If can't they can return it back to our CP and the CP will use it as the salary of the Cabinet Members.!
Also, "getting mad" is different from debating on your arguments.
Boy Pickup, Al Raposas, Kadayao, Vincenzo Roque, Raymund, Prince Terence, KB, ePece and a lot of us have been here for a long time. We watch out for ePH, however small our country is.
Don't discount our arguments. Consider it with all rationality, without feeling a need to be defensive or becoming emotional.

Look over the rest of his articles. Boy Pick Up is just that way. He's crass and oftentimes offensive, but that's what dark humor is. He doesn't speak for everyone of us, though. He speaks for himself. Do you see all of us publishing anything against you?
