Ola, its me, Ardishabutaro. Its time to finished the unfinished job (make detailed one of first campaign article).

Foreign Affair Issue
You know, this is what happen after i talk with Squibeel,
Ya, you may know that CoT charter "only allow you to sign MPP with only CoT country" i mean CoT country cannot sign MPP with Serbia (TWO) country. So thats it, we will find out what MPP are suitable for ourself.
Our money is limited, we only afford up to 5 MPP every month (except from private money). That is why, our MoFA must very careful to decide what country we need to sign MPP.
Of course, less MPP doesn't mean we cannot have war everyday. This will be MoFA goal next month. Pretty hard, isn't it?
Military Issue
You know, this is my dream to do it in my eCountry: Having war together. My RL country have it, called "WarBar" (or War Together in English). We will do it, destination war will be decided by Defensive team, and i hope we will have this event, twice in my term.
Pretty cool, isn't it?
I cannot promise you TW. We "maybe" will have that, maybe not. I cannot draw the future.

I thought we are an independent country and we can decide who we make an MPP. I want to serve eJapan and not a big alliance.
Maybe, by serving the alliance, you are also serving eJapan. Think about the big picture. Neutrals don't survive in this world.

Squibeel, last conversation say that we cannot sign MPP with Serbia, and at the same point USA can sign MPP with Croatia. Fvck logic, right?
USA signed an MPP with Croatia but it had conditions ardishabutaro. Feel free to confirm them with us on the proper channels.

How about we send COT to history? They were never loyal to us as much as we were loyal to them? They were talking about independance but the TWO help us more to reach ours. Talks about equalty but not allowing us to have TW while they are runing useless campaigh?
I would prefere to stick with China and eROC. China because of the good relationship and eROC because it's better to keep familiar enemy closer then untrustworthy friends close.
I'm the one who said NO to the TW request. Feel free to take the request to the SCs and get a different answer. They handle the politics I handle the military.

You have obligation toward eJapanese people.
It's not a bad idea to hold off on TW's, frankly the alliance could be A LOT more organized when it comes to priorities and battles, and it doesn't help when countries selfishly open up TW's. There is a better way to go about this than to hate on Squibeel or CoT for it. I feel like this month CoT has come a long way and is beginning to feel like a proper alliance, so give it a chance. Our time will come. Right now? prepare for it.
It's easy for Bulgaria, Macedonia or Chile to say that, they have battles all the time. I hate no one. But a harmless TW to be forbiden for stupid reasons? And to a loyal member of alliance? That is just ignorant and selfish.
Your reaction is ignorant and selfish. Last time we had a TW we had to request for help cause something we couldn't predict happened and it may as well happen again and CoT can't just drop everything they are doing to save us. Either you supply me with a TW plan which has a 90% certainty of working and not creating problems or my stance wont change.

Why would we need to be saved? It's a TW not a ocupation. China has no use of our mainland. Soo what if we get ourself in a danger? Better to fight for something, even if we lose, then not doing anything. Take a look of Croatia or other ocupied country's... They have more fun then we do. We are loosing player each day because of country inactivity.
Last time, i remember, you only contact Atra about the TW. Why gov only contact 1 people (that not active) rather than contact the active eCN gov?

Without the help of the TWO countries now we don't have our regions.
We should be grateful for TWO and we can't deny their friendship just because CoT want this.
Our conscience can not be clear if we follow this CoT direction.
CoT and TWO should work together and Japan can be the connection between these alliances.
We are not a neutral country but we should be neutral if our friends have conflict with each other!
We need MPPs from both side. (Even we need less MPP because of economical reason)
