MPP With China?...Really?
Nicky3Fingers
Good people of eAustralia, I come to you today about a topic that is flooding the senate forums as well as comments in a certain newspaper article, and that is whether or not an MPP should be signed with eChina. Of course there are arguments that could be made for both sides of the coin, but what it comes down to is what is better for eAustralia in what XG called the “Big Picture”
MC makes a few good points, but I believe the thing he is ignoring Is that he doesn’t know if any of the steps he suggests even need to be taken. His idea would only lead us down a darker path than we are already on if he has his way. CoT will give us a decision within days we have waited an extremely long time, we held out tongue and we said we would stay the course. I argued for this very idea on the forums myself. If we can make it work we should, right now MC is assuming that the CoT court will tell us to basically to go play in the street. And how does he know this? Good question.
If we sign off on this proposed MPP BEFORE we hear from the Court then we all just begging for them to rule against us entirely, so in effect his attempt to save us will lead to our ultimate demise. Rocking the boat is not a good idea when you have a pair of deuces! Obviously if this doesn’t work out in a way that will benefit us THEN we can look for alternative options. But in an effort to rush any kind of MPP at all MC is pushing for the “Small Picture” which will lead to us having to fight it out for sure
Now before you all start saying how I am “attacking” MC let me tell you that is not my intent. I have respect for MC, I was asked by him to be his MoI if he was elected. But I just don’t happen to agree with this policy that he has been pushing since before he ran for CP. I believe he has eAustralia’s best interest at heart but I also believe he is going about it the wrong way, simple as that.

I think a lot of us are just getting stir crazy playing the waiting game when we all know the odds of CoT ruling in out favour is simply not likely to happen. It seems they are nothing more than Chile sock puppets and while we all know what the true outcome should be, we also appreciate that its not likely to happen so in essence all we have done these past few months is tread water and waste time.
within days - any idea how many Nicky? My guess is 60 days
We know CoT is a waste of time mate. Lets face, CoT is Chile and Indonesia, who hate us, and if CoT rules in our favour, what then ?, are we supposed to love those two imperialist nations ?, and will they give us bacl ALL of our territories, an alliance within CoT may just turn us into slaves.
At most, they'll put you in probation, in exchange you don't start more RW campaigns. They'll then give you one region, and promise to not attack it. You won't get to choose what region, so that you don't ruin Chile's bonuses.
That does not sound very appetizing, a form of bondage maybe ?
Believe me, I don't claim to be an expert in the game, but permanently being held as hostages in one single territory forever. And believe me, I don't give a damn about Chile after their dishonorable actions, theres no praise possible for Chile, gee I'd hate to hurt theoir little feelings.
Knowing CoT, they'll give you probation, then tell you that probation will not be permanent, that you just have to hold on to that ONE region, and help them on their wars. Months and years will pass, and Chile and Indonesia will still treat you like a colony. What they want from you is not your damage, but the promise you won't start RW's, so that they don't have to divert forces from other war fronts.
My opinion? Stay neutral, fight and fight and fight. In the meantime try to have a "baby boom", as many as possible. Make sure they stay, teach them, treat them well. Once you are sufficiently strong, try to join an alliance, or stay neutral and get a MPP pack. All you need is ONE region. Once you have it, your friends will conquetr the rest, as long as you open the battles. And, of course, don't neglect your "baby boom/s", and don't overextend yourself. Don't go "I hate Chile and Indonesia, now that we are free, let's attack them directly. You allies may win that battle for you, but later on they'll realize they helped you win a battle for a region you won't be able to hold on for long.
Anyway, good luck you guys.
I am pretty certain they don't hate Australia greg. They are acting in their own self interests.
In game its bullying, greedy & in Chile's case hypocritical.
But its a war game, they are just exploiting it.
A cool head in eAus, now I've seen it all:3
I am not in Australia Carl, I am in Ireland with gentle Irish people.
We are going on a Leprechaun hunt tomorrow - I may even find a pot of gold \o/
Carl was referring to Nicky...
OK then, it is a very trusting article Nicky writes
