فى فبراير لقد كنت فى غاية السعادة لرؤية العديد من اللاعبين الجدد اصبحوا اقوياء وبارعون . وهذا مؤشر جيد للمستقبل واريد ان تسير الامور فى هذا الاتجاه.
خلال شهر فبراير تم التوقيع على اتفاق ودى بين المملكة العربية السعودية وبلغاريا.واود ان اشكر بلغاريا على موافقتها على هذه الصفقة . وانا اعتقد انها اتفاقية جيدة جدا وناضجة .
وكان الاتفاق على :
1/ ان العلاقات ماذالت ودية
2/ ان نحترم بعضنا البعض كدول ذات سيادة ولها الحق فى عمل علاقات جيدة مع جميع الدول المجاورة
3/ الحفاظ على السلام وبنفس الوقت لازلنا قادرين على محاربة بضنا البعض من اجل الاوامر اليومية لتحقيق المنفعة المتبادلة لشعوبنا . اما خرق الاراضى المتفق عليها يلغى الصفقة .
4/ تلتزم بلغاريا باعادة منطقة الباحة و /او مكة الى المملكة العربية السعودية بوقت انتخابات مجلس النواب ( البرلمان).
5/ . لتحقيق ما سبق يجب أن نتفق عليه مسبقا أي تبادل الأراضي بيننا وتستوعب بعضنا البعض كجيران.
6/ . خرق هذه القواعد يلغى الصفقةويضعها موضع شك . لدينا اتفاق وينبغي أن نتناقش وذلك لاستيعاب بعضنا البعض كجيران.

هذا الشهر لقد قمت ببعض التغييرات في هيكل الحكومة. . معظم هذه التغييرات لا تهم كل المواطنين، تم إجراء هذه التغييرات لجعل الحكومة أكثر سلاسة وكفائة.ولكن هناك تغيير واحد رئيسى سوف يقدره اللاعبين الجدد . وهو اننى جعلت من السهل حصولهم على الامدادات والتوجيه للاعبين من الشعبة 1: هناماذا ستفعل :
1/ ان ترسل لى رسالة
2/ انا اعطيك لوازم ذلك اليوم
3/ اعلمك كيفية اللعب

فى بعض الايام ربما افقد رسالتك اذا كنت اقوم باشياء اخرى مهمة ، ولكننى سوف اعود دائما الى الوراء وانظر هل تم توريد الامداد لكم ام لا . وفى كل يوم يمر عليك التحدث معى .

تم إجراء التغييرات في تركيبة الحكومة والوظائف من أجل تحسين الاتصال بين الوظائف في الحكومة حتى نتمكن من العمل بطريقة أكثر سلاسة. حاليا هناك مناقشة حول بنية وحداتنا العسكرية ولذا فإنني سوف اقوم ربما بالإعلان عن ذلك قريبا.

هذا يقودني إلى النقطة التي أود أن أذكرها بوضوح تام لجميع السكان في المملكة العربية السعودية على eRepublik. في تاريخنا فى eRepublik ، قد حاول العديد من اللاعبين سرقة السلطة السياسية من خلال وسائل غير شريفة. الاحدث وحاليا التهديد الأكثر وضوحا للأمن الوطني هو لاعب اسمه Ah Chuy Kak. وقد حاول أكثر من مرة سرقة الانتخابات لحزب الرئيس مع استخدام أصوات وهمية، وانه حاول تضليل لاعبيننا الجدد، من خلال تقديم ودفع ثمن الأصوات.

الآن لديه وحدته العسكرية الخاصة وأريد أن أقول رسميا للجميع عدم الانضمام إليه. لا تترافق معه أو سيتبين لنا انك تعمل معه لسرقة السلطة. هذا من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى لا شى في الحكومة الحقيقية والمشروعة وفقد الثقة بك وهذا سيؤدى الى عدم حصولك على اى نوع من المناصب في الحكومة الشرعية التي توفر الدعم لشعب المملكة العربية السعودية. لا تصوتوا لصالحه. لا تنضموا الى وحدته العسكرية. لا تصدق أي شيء يقوله لك. وهو فى القائمة السوداء وسوف تكون معه أيضا إذا كان لديك أي علاقة معه. وأود أن أشجع أي لاعب الذى هو موالى للمملكة العربية السعودية بان يحذفه من قائمة الاصدقاء لأنه عدو للدولة والتهديد الأكثر وضوحا لمملكتنا.



الشهر الماضي قدمت لي عروضا لاعبين جدد للانخراط في الأنشطة الحكومية. هذا الشهر وأنا سعيد لرؤية العديد من الوجوه الجديدة في مجلس الوزراء لدينا وأريد أن أرى أكثر من ذلك. إذا كنت لاعب جديد، أو حتى قديم، وتريد مساعدة المملكة لتنمو وتزدهر، يرجى الاتصال بي وأنا سوف ارى أي نوع من العمل هو جيد بالنسبة لك لتبدأ. إذا كان فى الثقافية أو تتحدث عدة لغات لدينا الكثير من الوظائف مفتوحة لوزراء وسفراء ومترجمين .

الموقف الرسمي للمملكة العربية السعودية في eRepublik هو الحياد. نحن منفتحون على اللاعبين من أي عرق وفتح علاقات ودية مع جميع دول eRepublik. نحن ضد كل من سيحاول سرقة السلطة وعدم احترام سيادة المملكة العربية السعودية.

In February i have been very pleased to see many new players getting strong and smart. This a good sign for the future and i want to keep things moving in that direction.

During February a friendly agreement was signed between Saudi Arabia and Bulgaria. I would like to thank Bulgaria for agreeing to this deal and i think it is a very good and mature one.
1. That we remain friendly.
2. That we respect each other as Sovereign Nations and each other's right to make good relations with all bordering nations
3. That we should attempt to keep peace but still be able to fight each other for Daily Orders for the mutual benefit of our populations. Breach of agreed territories breaks the deal.
4. eBulgaria is obliged to return the region of Al Bahah and/or Makkah to eSaudi Arabia in order for eSaudi Arabia to have secured congress elections
5. to accomplish the above we should agree upon any land exchange beforehand and accommodate each other as neighbors.
6. Breach of these rules brings the deal into question our deal and should be discussed so as to accommodate each other as neighbors.

This month I have made some changes to the government structure. Most of these changes don’t concern every citizen, the changes were made to make the government run more smoothly. But one major change new players will appreciate, is that i have made it easier to get supplies and mentoring to Division 1 players. Here is how it works:

1. You send me a message.
2. I give you supplies for that day.
3. I teach you how to play

Some days i might miss your message if i have to do other important things, but i will always go back and look to supply you for every day that you talk to me.

The Changes in the government structure and function have been made in order to improve communication and function within the Government so that we can operate more smoothly. Currently there is a discussion about the structure of our Military Units so i will probably make an announcement about that soon.

This brings me to a point which i would like to very clearly state for the whole population of Saudi Arabia on eRepublik. In our eRepublik history, many players have tried to steal political power through dishonest means. The most recent and currently the most obvious threat to National Security is a player named Ah Chuy Kak. He has attempted more than once to steal the Party President elections with fake votes, and he has tried to lead astray our new players, by offering to pay for votes.

Now he has his own Military Unit and i want to officially tell everyone to not join it. Do not be associated with him or you will be seen as working with him to steal power. This would lead to nobody in the real legitimate government trusting you ever for any kind of position in the legitimate government that provides support to the people of Saudi Arabia. Do not vote for him. Do not join his Military Unit. Do not believe anything he says to you. He is Blacklisted and you will be too if you have anything to do with him. I would Encourage any player that is loyal to Saudi Arabia to take him off their friend list because he is an Enemy of the State and the most obvious threat to the well fare of our Kingdom.



Last month i made an offer to new players to become involved in government activities. This month i am happy to see many new faces in our Cabinet and i want to see more. If you are a new player, or even an old one, and you want help you Kingdom to grow and prosper, please contact me and i will see what kind of work is good for you to start with. If you are Multi-Cultural or Multi-lingual we have lots of room open for Ministers of Translation and Ambassadors.

The official position of Saudi Arabia in eRepublik is of neutrality. We are open to players of any ethnicity and open to friendly relations with all nations of eRepublik. We are against anyone who would try to steal power and disrespect to Sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
