No luck for Mr Fawkes
Remember, remember the 5th of Novemeber, Gunpowder Treason and Plot! The day the government of the United Kingdom was saved from a plot to destroy them all and kill the King. We celebrate this triumph of Protestantism every year with fireworks, food and bonfires. The Daily Knight hopes you all had a great Guy Fawkes and that no-one got too badly burned.
Talon Karrde and his supporters are also celebrating his re-election. Winning with a clear majority of the nation backing Talon he is ready to take on the tasks of Prime Minister for another Month. It truly can be said that the fireworks this year are there for Mr Karrde.
With Talon re-elected a bright future is ahead for the eUK with an increased focus on youth offering them opportunities and a continuation of some of the policies started with the Ministry of Health. Talon is the man to drive this program and bring it into fruition under his leadership I expect good things!
A cross-party cabinet from every major party involved in some way Talon represents the chance for unity of the nation and a way to move forward as a United Kingdom. And we are sure that His Majesty, King Woldy, much like James I is feeling rather relieved tonight!
Best of luck to Talon and his cabinet this month and lets what the new month will bring us!

Can It really be claimed as a "triumph of royalism" when the plotters themselves were attempting to impose their own Monarch?
good point, then of course, there is the idea that they were set up by James. I suppose it should be 'triumph of Protestant Royalism'
Down with protestant Royalism.
Good luck to the new cabinet!
I agree Bohemond4, always blame James(w).
>"A cross-party cabinet............"
BA is there on personal merit and not as a UKPP representative as per policy - "Acceptance of any position is not indicative of UKPP support for or influence in said government and the member is not asked or expected to promote a UKPP agenda in what is a eUK role. "
"Can It really be claimed as a "triumph of royalism" when the plotters themselves were attempting to impose their own Monarch?"
What!?
we talking about the historic gunpowder plot Goku
