שלום, אזרחי אי-ישראל,

לאלו מכם שעדיין לא שמעו על כך - אני עומד לרוץ לנשיאות בבחירות הקרובות. אני חייב לציין שזה אכזבה לשמוע שאנשים החליטו שהם לא יצביעו לי רק בגלל שהם לא מחבבים אותי מי יודע מה או שאני לא 'אח' שלהם. אני מבקש ממכם שבבקשה תצביעו לפי הלב ותפעילו את הראש ולא על סמך השם, דרגה צבאית, אווטר או מפלגה או הסיבה שציינתי למעלה. אני מקווה שכול אחד יצביע למי שבאמת הוא חושב שמגיע לו עם ראש פתוח.

אני מניח שרובכם כבר שמעתם עלי אם זה באור חיובי או באור שלילי. אני לא אגיד שאני מלאך אבל אני כן אגיד שאין אחד כזה. ותאמינו לי שלא יצא לי מזה שום תועלת אישית. אז מי אני בעצם? התחלתי לשחק מלפני שנה וחצי בתור אזרח פשוט ועליתי בסולם הדרגות; חייל, מחלק אספקה, מפקד משני על יחידית צפע, ארבעה פעמים חבר כנסת בישראל, פעמיים וחצי שר הבטחון (פעם אחת תחת ג'ו פרנקו בזמן לחימה נגד איחוד האמירויות הערביות) וכעת מפקד משני על סיירת מטכ"ל וסגן הנשיא. הקרבתי הכול שזה הגיע ללחימה בקרבות הכי חשובים של ישראל וייצוג ברמה הבינלאומית. אני חושב שיש לי מה לתרום ואני מקווה שנעלה הילוך במידה ואבחר למען מדינה טובה יותר.

זהו החלק הראשון של המצע. החלק השני יעסוק בסגירת הקמפיין שלי וסיכום המטרות לחודש הקרוב במידה ואבחר. ארצה להחל בהצלחה לכול מי שרץ. הקבינט יפורסם במידה ואבחר.

בטחון:



הצבא שלנו מתחיל להתחזק יותר ויותר. סיירת חזרה לחיים עם תשעה חיילים מצטיינים שמייצגים אותנו בכבוד ומפועלת ע"י מילואים שאותם עושה אופיר ג'י. לאלו מכם שעוקבים אחרי אגוב בקביעות ניתן היה לראות שהחודש עברנו בממוצע את המאה מליון ליום לעומת חודשים קודמים; אני מאמין שזה קרה מעליית האספקות גם בכמות וגם ברמה. אני מתכוון להפעיל רפורמות לצבא שהם יהיו בראש ובראשונה; העברת כול השחקנים החדשים ליחידת מתחילים (בוט קאמפ) ובכך לדאוג שהיחידה של צה"ל תהיה משומנת היטב מכול ההיבטים - חלוקה למחלקות לא רק בשדה הקרב אלא גם מבחינת חוזק. לוודאי שמתם לב שהרבה אנשים מתלוננים שהאספקות הנוכחיות לא עוזרות בהרבה ועדיין יש צורך של קנייה אישית לרוב. לשם כך במידה ואבחר תהיה הגדלה באספקות למחלקות היותר גדולות (שלוש וארבע) - אני אנסה לשלב את זה תקציבית ואפילו מדי מימון אישי ממני במידת הצורך בשביל המדינה. ואם כבר מדברים על אספקות - שליחתם בזמן בלי עיקובים מיותרים.

יחסי החוץ:



יחסי החוץ שלנו כרגע פורחים. בחודש שעבר שהיינו תחת הכיבוש הטורקי נציגים מכמעט כול המדינות פנו אלינו ושאלו איך אפשר לעזור. בתור סגן הנשיא ראיתי אפילו מספר שגרירים שנשלחו ע"י מדינות שהם בכלל לא בעדן - כמו גרמניה וארה"ב. זה מחמם את הלב לראות שהם כן רוצים בחיזוק הקשרים! לשם כך אני מתכנן למשרד החודש פעילות רצינית שתכלול יותר מעורבות בעדן ותשפר את המעמד שלנו שם ע"י כך שנחזיר את פרויקט השגרירים לחיים. בנוסף יפורסם מדי שבוע דו"ח אחד גדול אשר יכלול מידע על המצב של המדינות השונות אשר כול שגריר יהיה מחויב להגיש. עבודת השגריר היא מקפצה לחיים פוליטיים וקשרים חובקי עולם. התפקיד יהווה גשר בין שתי המדינות, (חוץ מלהציע ברית וכביכול להראות שהכול עובד מצוין) ועליו תהיה מוטלת האחריות לאותה מדינה!

בנוסף אדאג שנחזק את הקשרים שלנו עם שכנינו (יוון, טורקיה וקפריסין) בצורה שנוכל לדבר איתם בחופשיות. מהצבת חיילים במקרה הצורך בשטחים הסעודים ועד פתירת בעיות שונות מבחינת יחסים אם יש.

משרד הפנים:



ללא ספק אחד המשרדים הכי חשובים כיום. ראינו עבודה יפה ובייביבום קטן בחודשיים האחרונים אבל זה לא מספיק לעומת מה שהיה בעבר. לשם כך צוות משרד הפנים יהיה צוות מוגבר שיכול לפקד על פרויקט הבייביבום בצאנל של משרד הפנים רוב הזמן ביום. המשרד יקבל תקציב (לצד צה"ל) אשר יאפשר לו לפנק את השחקנים החדשים ויפעל גם מתרומות של אנשים פרטיים (לרוב אוכל). מטרות משרד הפנים לחודש הקרוב יהיו הגדלת האוכלוסיה האי-ישראלית, חיזוק השחקנים הצעירים ומציאת כישרונות חדשים המוכנים לעזור לממשלה ולמדינה. בשביל הגשמת המטרות הללו, המשרד יקבל כוח אדם גדול בהרבה, יקבל תמיכה מלאה מהממשלה בשעת הצורך, ויעקוב אחר טופס האוכלוסין רוב הזמן ביום וישלח הודעה ממשתמש פרטי לשחקן החדש עם קבלת עזרה ולינק לצא'ט.

יש לי עוד כמה רעיונות בשרוול אבל אני לא רוצה להבטיח שום דבר סתם. מה שכן אני יכול להבטיח שיש לכם הרבה למה לצפות.

כלכלה:



אני זוכר שקצת אחרי שהצטרפתי למשחק היה פרויקט אשר המשרד היה לוקח מתלמד אחד או שתיים - כי אחרי הכול בן אדם לא יכול תמיד לעשות את אותו תפקיד. אני מבטיח לכם שתראו כוכב חדש במשרד שנכנס לא מזמן אשר עליו אני ישים את מלוא האחריות, עם בן אדם אשר יחנוך אותו. המטרות העיקריות של החודש יהיו כמו שכתבתי בקט' של הביטחון לעלות את האספקות מבלי לפגוע בצורה דרסטית במה שיש לנו (מימון אישי ממני מדי פעם יהיה) ומטרה אחת ברורה - לסיים עם רווח או לפחות לסיים באותו המצב בו התחלנו. לשם כך דרושים שינויי מיסים מסוימים. אבל בגלל שאני לא רוצה להחליט על דעת עצמי, ביחד עם הקבינט אני מתכנן על דרך שהאזרחים יהיו משותפים (סקר / ועידה?) בשינוי המיסים אבל כמובן לגבול הטעם הטוב.

ננסה לעשות את המקסימום לצאת לפחות עם איזון כספי - שנסיים עם איפה שהתחלנו פחות או יותר. אבל בסופו של דבר אני מאמין שיהיה בסדר. אחרי הכול - אנחנו יהודים 😉.

כנסת, מפלגות, ותחום ההגירה:

אחד הנושאים שבהחלט אני מתכוון לשים עליהם דגש החודש! במידה ואבחר אוסיף את כול חברי הכנסת לרשימת החברים שלי על מנת לפתוח את אשכולות הכנסת, כול אשכול יהיה מחולק לשתי הודעות; בו יכללו אותה הקבוצה, אני, הקבינט ושר ההגירה. תהיה תקשורת הרבה יותר קלה עם חברי הכנסת מאשר לצעוק בדף החברים, מבחינת הצעות חוק ומעורבות של הכנסת מבחינת הסכמים שונים (כמו לדוגמה אותו אחד שעשינו עם איראן) הצבעה עליהם ואישורי אזרחיות.

דבר אחד שארצה להוסיף בנושא. אומנם אני לא יכול לשלוט בראשי מפלגות, אבל מה שכן אני אעשה זה לבקש מהם שיתוף פעולה מבחינת ארגון רשימת המתמודדים לבחירות ולתאם את שליחתה של המדליה - דבר שאקפיד עליו ביותר, כי בסופו של דבר כולנו עם אותה אזרחות ורוצים את טובת המדינה.

Hello, citizens of e-Israel,

For those of you who still haven’t heard I will be running to the office of president in the upcoming elections. I must say it's a bit disappointment to hear that people already decided they aren't going to vote for me from the reason they doesn't like me. I sincerely hope that you'll vote in those elections according to your heart and mind rather by your rank, avatar, political party or the reason i mentioned above.

I suppose most of you already know and heard about me whether its in a good light or negative light. I admit, i am not an angel, but no one is. And trust me i am not doing it for my personal gain. So...who am i? I started playing 1.5 years ago and was in almost every job possible; Soldier, Supplier, 2nd Commander on Viper Platoon, 4 times Congress member in Israel, 2.5 MoD of Israel (One time under Joe Franco's - UAE War) and now 2nd Commander of Sayeret Matkal and Vice President. I sacrificed everything i have in the most important battles, and represented Israel in International levels. I believe i have what it takes and we'll gear up for a better country in case i am President.

This is the first part of my platform. This part will present my variety of ideas and goals to the upcoming term. Soon i will publish my second part - closing my CP Race campaign for November and summing up my goals for the following month. I want to wish good luck for whoever is running. Cabinet will be published if i will be elected.

Defense:



Our army keeps getting stronger and stronger. Sayeret is back with nine outstanding soldiers which representing us in honor and dignity and by reserve which is being done by OfirG. For the ones of you which are following egov on a daily basis you have probably seen that we have passed this month 100 million damage in almost every day possible compared to previous months; I believe it was the increase in supplies (from Q6 to Q7) and also the amount. I am planning to run reforms which firstly will be passing all the new players into Boot Camp, and thus ensure the eIDF Military Unit will be well oiled - splitting into regiments not only from battlefield wise but from also strength. I guess you noticed that many people are complaining that the current supply isn't helping much and still there's the need of buying pretty much alot from their own pocket. From that reason in case i'll be elected there will be an increase in the number of tanks mostly for D3 and D4 - I'll try to combine it with our budget and even sometimes it'll come from my own pocket. And of course - sending supplies in time without unnecessary delays.

Foreign Affairs



Our foreign affairs are flourishing. Last month when we was under the Turkish occupation MoFA's and MoD's from almost every country asked us how they can help. As a vCP i also saw a number of ambassadors that has been sent from countries which aren't even EDEN - for example Germany and USA. It is heartwarming to see that they do want to strengthen relations between our countries! I plan on some serious in the ministry this month that will strengthen our membership in EDEN - Ambassador project will be back to life! Also about once a week our MoFA will publish one big report that will include information about different countries that every ambassador will have to submit. Being an ambassador it's a work of political life and having worldwide connections; And the 'bridge' between the two countries and a work that you need to do beyond your duty!

In addition i'll take care we'll strengthen our relations with our neighbours (Greece, Turkey and Cyprus) in a way we will be able to speak with them freely. From sending soldiers in difficult battles inside Saudi Arabia and all the way to solving various problems.

Interior:



No doubt, one of the most important ministries in this time. we have already seen very nice work and a small babyboom last month, but it isn’t enough. I'm planning to expand the number of people that will be in charge of the babyboom project in #Isr.Moi in most time of the day. The ministry will have bigger budget (along side with eIDF) around this time if necessary for the younger players and also the ministry will have food donations (from private people). The goals for this month will be increasing our population, strengthen the younger players and finding new multi-talents around our new comers. for fulfilling these goals, there will be as i said bigger MoI team and also will get full support from the government when needed. Also, the MoI team will track the newer players from our population form, and will send them a message for any help they need, and IRC link @Rizon.

I do not want to promise anything yet, however i can promise you lots for expect. That i can assure you.

Finance:



I remember a little while after I joined, there was a project which the ministry was taking one or two trainee to teach them about the ministry itself and how the whole subject works (from obvious reasons, one man can not do the job himself forever). You'll see a new multi-talent guy which recently entered the office; And on him i put full responsibility with a former minister to educate him. Goals for this month are simple; As i wrote in my military agenda for the month - raising up the supplies without hurting our budget badly (Personal funding from me will also be) and of course, one and clear goal, us finishing with a profit or at least where we started, for achieving it, some tax changes are needed. I can't tell you exactly on what and how much, However because i do not want to decide it myself alongside with my cabinet i do planning on a way that the citizens will be able to participate in the decisions (economic conference / poll?) about taxes. But of course with making basic sense.

My government will do its best to finish the term with profit or at least where we started more or less. I do believe we are going to be ok with the subject cause after all, we are jews 😉

Our Knesset, Political Parties and Immigration Bureau:


One of the most important subjects, emphasis on -Important-. In case i'll be elected i will first off going to add all of our Knesset members into my friend list, for Mass PM threads. It'll be divided to two PM's every time (Limit for mass messages is 30 people) including in each one myself, the Congress group, as well my cabinet and the Immigration officer. There will be easier communication between the government and our Knesset members instead of shouting it in game on your friends wall. From voting on laws and different agreements (Like we did with Iran about Al Riyadh) and providing citizenships to different people.

One thing i want to add on the subject. Although i might not control the minds of our PP's, but, what i can do and will do is to request cooperation on Congress Candidates list, and making sure everyone is donating their medal - something which is a must these days. Eventually we are all under the same nationality and want the best for our country.
