Some people are a little TOO addicted.

It’s an interesting question isn’t it. We all know games are meant to be in fun and are a way to escape the trivialities of your real life whether it be mundane or exciting. Games are a portal to a place where you can be a completely different person and act outside of your usual inhibitions since gaming has no real ramifications sometimes.

But what happens when you break that barrier and you start to combine your gaming life and your real life?

The results aren’t always pretty.



Prime Example – Stalker Bruno

If you don’t know this name, you’re hiding under a rock. Please call the nearest help line and ask them to remove this piece of impeding rubble.
I could rehash his entire eRep story, but I don’t have the time or inclination … nor do you readers have the attention span or f**** to give. So here’s a brief summary – He stalks, he whines, he plays underhandedly, he possibly has an IQ of 50 (Come at me bro, truth stings).

Normally, I wouldn’t even bother writing about him … I have much better things to do with my time and life (Ok, maybe not too much or I wouldn’t be here would I), but yesterday, he stooped to a new low that not even my decent sized (ladies) patience could stand.

At current time, I can’t bring you photographic evidence of what he put (The comment is deleted … don’t bother trying to blame the admin Ajay, we know you did it, just like you still owe 1000+ gold to a lot of people) but I do remember clearly what he said. He basically told emdoublegee (Current Secretary of Education) that he was a disgrace to his uniform because of the DADT (For those who don’t know what that stands for Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell) being repealed.

First off, if you’ve ever spoken to emdoublegee, you’d understand that he’s a damn decent guy. He’s one of the few people that don’t take jobs for the prestige, but for the challenge and the possibility to help other people through that job, ergo his current position. He’s never quick to criticise and when he does, he tells it in a manner where it sounds more like the helping advice he intends it to be and less like a smartass retort laden with sarcasm (See: Pfieffer Critic Technique).

Also for those of you who don’t know, emdoulegee is a Serving Marine. He puts his ass on the line whenever he is on tour, for people like Ajay who wouldn’t know the first thing about putting their life on the line for the safety and security of people who half the time don’t deserve those protections and instead should be handed over to less nice countries who wouldn’t give a damn about their human rights.

To tell a man who does that daily, that he is not FIT to wear a Marine uniform and bring up the DADT when the person saying it has been in trouble with RL authorities and eRep’s management for stalking, was kicked from school and even had his repeated attempts to help on Romney’s campaign rebuffed and reported … it’s quite frankly disgusting. This man does his duty daily to allow scumbags like you to have your opinion. To turn that around on him is low even for you.

I’M NOT EVEN A RL AMERICAN AND I’M DAMN WELL PROUD OF THIS MAN FOR WHAT HE DOES! WHY THE HELL CAN’T YOU BE? IS IT BECAUSE NOBODY WLL EVER BE PROUD OF A MONUMENTAL F***-UP LIKE YOURSELF?!

You are a damn disgrace to the race in my opinion. You are, to quote an old internet joke – A certificate of apology from a condom maker. You the proverbial skidmark on the underwear of life and it is my deepest wish that you are eventually washed out because you make me feel sick to the bottom of my stomach. Go seek some mental help for the love of god before you kill someone because it’s only a matter of time with your fragile state of mind.

Everyone else - hope this is yet another reminder of how unstable this player is. He contacts you? Delete the message immediately. Don’t get sucked into his warped world. I can promise you, it won’t end well.
