Keelt oskavaid on nendest 4/5, samas enamus ei ole Eesti kodakondsust saanud, kuna nende kirjaoskus ei piisaval standaril, mis läheb vaja nendel lollikindlatel eksamitel. Ja enamus neist siiski tunnevad ennast eestlasena.
