[CoT] New Era for the Circle of Trust

Hello, dear friends, allies and citizens of the New World!

After a prolonged pause of media activity, The Voice of CoT is back with a very important update and a bonus in the end of the article. First of all, this article comes to present and welcome our new Alliance Leadership team which will be helping us progress into better future for this mandate. Now that the official leadership is properly announced, I want to take a minute and express the necessary gratitude to all our member-countries which have been very professional and have enabled The Circle of Trust to become a strong, stable and trustworthy brotherhood! We are all taking care of each other and always cover our backs and that is something I believe we all can be very proud of!

Right now the hot topic is Bulgaria’s emergence on the South American continent. The currently open war with Argentina allows Peru, Paraguay, Chile and New Zealand to stand up firmly, repell the Argentine oppression and claim their rightful places on the map. We need to ensure they keep their regions afterwards too! The core goal of every Leadership team member is to make sure all member-countries have their freedom and we all give our best to achieve that!

As far as new members recruiting comes, I can assure you there is a lot of positive potential in a number of friendly countries which will soon prove whether their place in the New World is next to us. We surely hope so! In these critical times of war and suspense, we need to stay together, stay strong and strike as one!

And now, the surprise bonus part! As you probably have already understood, I, myself, am new to the Leadership Team (PR Organizer), since I inherited this post from the previous PR Organizer - BeJIuKaH, who resigned. I wanted to make a nice surprise for all of our readers and that is why I interviewed our new Supreme Commanders so we all can get to know them a bit better! We had a nice chat and here’s the transcript from it:

Zmei: DaRkO 206, AlexFran, congratulations on your mandate as Supreme Commander of the Circle of Trust Alliance! How do you feel being in charge of a whole alliance of strong eRepublik countries?
DaRkO 206: First of all, hello. It’s great honor, one of the best parts that a citizen in this eWorld can get.
AlexFran: I feel very well, I have the intention to move things around and begin to grow as brotherhood more than an alliance.

Zmei: Can you tell us a bit more about yourself?
DaRkO 206: In real life, I’m a student of pedagogy, from Nis, Serbia. In game, I’m an old player, working 41 months in a row.
AlexFran: Sure..I was 2 consecutives periods as MoFA of eParaguay Feb/Mar 2012 then others 2 consecutives periods as CP Apr/May 2012. On my first period as CP I got Congress and core region for eParaguay for the first time after nearly a year of being wiped by Argentina. That was due to good relationship made with allies and many friends I met during my MoFA job

Zmei: It seems you are prepared to take up with your new role as SC of CoT and lead the whole alliance straight ahead! Can you tell us something about the alliance's current priorities and goals?
DaRkO 206: We will try to answer on every danger that our countries are being put while creating other new alliances over the eWorld and find the best pursuit for development of our societies.
AlexFran: Our priority and major goal by now is to strengthen the brotherhood among member countries, enhance coordination and Team Work.

Zmei: What do you think of the new game mechanics, the air strikes?
DaRkO 206: It’s good from aspect of new options ingame and as a try to bring back importance of food economy, but it’s bad for ones with weak economy in general since there needs lot of money and people to start one air strike. My prediction is that powerful countries will take part mostly in this kind of wars.
AlexFran: Interesting! it would be big fun in some cases 🙂

Zmei: How do you feel about the current situation in South America?
DaRkO 206: I’m satisfied with friendship of our ally countries and we’ll give the best to protect ourselves from any danger of enemies.
AlexFran: These are times of great challenge in South America. Brazil & Argentina are very powerful countries but strength is not everything in this game, there are other values which we have as advantage.

Zmei: Can we expect new members of the alliance any time soon?
DaRkO 206: Everyone that recognizes itself in great circle of our alliance is welcomed. Especially countries that in past that cooperated with us and fight until last second of important battles.
AlexFran: I hope so. I can't name them yet but we have some request and they'll be in soon I believe.

Zmei: I don't want to take up any more of your time, so, for a final touch, what would you say to our readers?
DaRkO 206: I do not want to promise anything big or unreal, only thing I can say is that our team in CoTD leadership will give our best in the near future. But, without support of our citizens and armies, we’re just bunch of people without people resources. So, let’s all take part in this crucial moment and go straight to our goals. This is a game, play it fair!
AlexFran: Citizens of CoT: stay in touch daily with your leaders for news about when en where to focus your effort, let´s built a shoulder to shoulder brotherhood, let´s take care of each other. The only way to prevail is to be united as rock solid and playing smart.



So, those two great guys are our new Supreme Commanders, I have no doubt they will do a terrific job on the helm of our alliance. I want to thank them once again for taking the time to answer my questions, I know they have very busy schedules right now with all the tension in the game.
