Department of Education - Staff recruitment

Hello fellow eAmerican citizens,

I'm addressing you today as your new Secretary of Education, first of all, I would like to apologise all the American Citizens for not saying a word of what the Department has been working on the last days but it's a fact we have been quite busy organizing the Department itself and working on a Mega-Project our President Glove asked us to.

Speaking of that Mega-Project in particular, I'd like to officially announce that the Department of Education is working on a Complete Tutorial for all New Players which should be added to a complete and fixed Erepublik Wikipedia page.



During the last days while organizing the Department, we found out we don't have enough staffers to work efficiently on the projects we still have in hand. So, in order to fix this problem, we decided to recruit a limited number of staffers who are willing to work with us. Depending on what job you want to do on DoE, the requirements might be different.

Requirements for Wiki-Project:

- At least a level of 25 in game.
- 3 months of in-game experience
- Vacant places open for new staffers: 5

Requirements for Mentor Program Team:

- This has to do with assigning mentors, not necessarily being a mentor yourself. You will be checking a googledoc as close to daily as you can to ensure new players get hooked up with mentors quickly
- The staff for mentors program is chosen directly from the application depending on your answers. Experienced players have more valuable insight for this kind of application.
- Vacant places open for new staffers: 3

Requirements for Communications:

- No requirements. The Comms Director will train the new applicant and staffer.
- Vacant places open for new staffers: 1

I would like to clarify that although we are creating a wiki-page with a full tutorial, we are keeping the articles we have here and we will post new articles here with tutorials everytime Plato decides to release something new.
