Introduction
Greetings! I am redemption331, the Ambassador of the Philippines to Russia. Here is my update on the current status of Russia and it's relation to the Philippines.

Society
Russia has 3519 active citizens and has 31 new citizens today. They have 5 citizenship requests pending. One each from USA, Mexico, Poland, FYROM, and Czech Republic. Their average citizen level is 20 and their new citizen fee is 5 Rubles.
Economy
Russia's Treasury is 2,501 Gold and 2,326,960 Rubles. They have a trading embargo with Bolivia that will expire 22 days from now. Their minimum salary is 5.00 Rubles.
-Food have an income tax of 1%, an export tax of 10%, and VAT of 10%.
-Weapons have an income tax of 1%, an export tax of 10%, and VAT of 13%.
-Moving Tickets have an income tax of 1%, an export tax of 10%, and VAT of 10%.
-Food Raw Materials have an income tax of 1% and an export tax of 5%.
-Weapon Raw Materials have an income tax of 1% and an export tax of 5%.
-Hospitals have an income tax of 1%, an export tax of 1%, and VAT of 1%.
-Defense Systems have an income tax of 1%, an export tax of 1%, and VAT of 1%.
Politics
Russia's current President is Axithe. Their current congress consists of 28% from the Communist Party, 23% from Comrades, 20% from the Constitutional Democrats, 17% from the Russian Will Party, and 10% from the Mason's Lodge.
Military
Russia has currently no Natural Enemy, though there is a Resistance War against Norway for the region of Svalbard & Jan Mayen. The MPP that has the shortest time left is with Brazil meanwhile, the MPP with the longest time left is with Germany. They are a member of the Military Alliance Terra.
Relation with Philippines
We have a growing relation with Russia. They continue to support us in our wars before. We also have an Alliance with Russia that will last eleven days from now. I hope that we can grow even further our relations with Russia.
